Quick and easy, helpful staff
Quick and easy to use website. The product I needed was out of stock in most places and baby baby had it not only instock for next day delivery, but also a reasonable price. I looked at other websites who were charging nearly £10 more. I also added a wrong product to my trolly, I called up and my order was changed immediately to the right product (so thank you)

Scam company! We pre-ordered a bedside crib but due to uncertainty over delivery and possible early arrival of our newborn we asked to cancel for a refund. The order was promptly cancelled and almost 2 months later we are still waiting for a refund and no replies to emails... We purchased via PayPal and have opened a case - hoping to get a refund that way.

Perfect travel cot
We needed a small size travel cot for our 8 month old granddaughter to use on holiday in Italy. This one was perfect, not too big and not too heavy so it didn’t take up too much room in the car. It was also very good value.
The only drawback was the very thin mattress which seemed to have got flattened in places but we got round that problem by putting some padding beneath the sheet.
