I am addicted to buying dresses from baby boo! They are always stunning and look exactly how they do on the website. Every time I wear a dress from them I get compliments. Can’t give anything less than 5 stars

I’ve ordered my dresses on Saturday 6th of June aiming to get them soon as I’ve chosen the express delivery which was costing about £25,99 which is not very cheap, as it was saying that the delivery will take from 3-5 days and obviously it was expected to come the nearest week till friday. After all, the delivery is late nevertheless I am having the express delivery option and the delivery company sent me an email with estimated time of delivery of 15th of June, so it means that my dress will be delivered in 9 days after I have ordered it. The brand is lying about the delivery date which means many people are not gonna receive their dresses in time as it was told. £25,99 are absolutely not worth it for express shipping because they just lie about 3-5 delivery days. Don’t buy there anything if you need a dress ASAP it won’t happen just mostly order them 3 weeks before the upcoming event if you don’t want to be in the situation as I am.

FOR THOSE LOOKING TO BUY OFF THIS COMPANY I ADVISE YOU NOT TO,TOOK US OVER A MTH TO RECEIVE OUR PARCEL,WHEN IT DID COME DIDN'T LOOK ANYTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ON THE WEBSITE SO WE NEED TO SEND BACK,BUT THEY SAY THEY ONLY GIVE STORE CREDIT.THIS IS HONESTLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE AVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY ON LINE,DO NOT USE!

Vienna Maxi Dress - Burnt Orange

This is dress I ordered, I wear size S but this dress is so small that even my daughter who is size XS cannot fit into - specially chest part. And now I am stuck which this dress because I removed the tag part before trying on and cannot wear it. I am 178cm and it is too short as well. As I can see it cannot be returned

Great sizing, stellar designs with incredible quality.

After a lot of back and forth with customer care only to find out our order had been lost in transit, a month later they sent the order again. Unfortunately the order wasn't what we expected from the images on their site but they won't offer a refund only store credit. Terrible service, we've lost a lot of money, wouldn't use again

I’m still waiting for my daughter’s dress to arrive even though I ordered it over a month ago. Tracking just keeps moving a day later each time. Only now have they instigated an investigation after me messaging several times, so probably lost. I said they should post me another one as I need it for my daughter’s prom on 25th June but they won’t. My daughter is getting very upset as we won’t have time to get another dress and I can’t afford it without a refund. Asked for my money back and no response.

bought 2 party dresses, but when they arrived, the sizes were not right. The sizes were different from the sizes here in Europe. When I sent them back, they wouldn't refund my money and said I could buy one instead. This is a complete scam, because even the quality of the clothes wasn't good. My experience is not good. I threw away 500 euros...From Danmark

I would not buy from this website again all I see is CONS no PROS
1. I am buying a 250 USD dress and they charge 10 USD for shipping!!!
2. If you cant fit in the dress / wrong size you are basically stuck with stire credit
3. The store credit is not even the whole amount its deducted
4. And there an "handling fee" of around 18 USD if you want to exchange the dress for a bigger size

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Babyboo Fashion.

I paid extra for DHL Express shipping because I needed the dress for an important wedding event, yet my order stayed in “processing” for days with very little communication. I had to repeatedly email and message support just to get basic updates.

What frustrated me the most is that if the order had actually been dispatched when initially expected, there would have been a realistic chance for it to arrive on time. Instead, after all the stress and uncertainty, the DHL estimated delivery date ended up being after my event date — making the express shipping feel completely pointless.

The dresses are beautiful, which is why this experience is even more disappointing. For a brand at this price point, I expected much better communication, faster processing, and more reliable express shipping handling.

Overall, the customer experience has been extremely stressful and upsetting.

well and quick organisation, pretty much straight away had my dress on its way!

I like that they post various size models to get an idea of the fit. They also have the models size measurements to compare and it helps to make a better selection in sizing. Shipping could be better. Its a bit pricey and not clear as to when items should be expected like other sites.

Loved the color and the fit of the dress. Fit is a little tight for busty girls, but otherwise holds the frame well!!!

I would have loved to buy a dress at this shop, unfortunately after the reviews and carefully reading the return and shipping policy, I decided not to.
Shipping is way too high (around 32EU) to the Netherlands. I find this extremely high.
They don't do refunds, only store credit. These are two dealbreakers for me.
Also dressed are very expensive and I'm not sure about the quality.

Every event I have I reach to the baby boo website for an outfit!! Beautiful dresses and outfits for any occasion been shopping with baby boo for years love it!!

The size I originally ordered didn’t fit as it was too big, but the exchange process was incredible. I received an instant swap-over and next-day delivery amazing service from start to finish.

There was also a mix-up with the post office, but the Babyboo team resolved it immediately, which I really appreciated.

The fabric and quality of their garments are second to none. Every piece I’ve purchased has exceeded my expectations, and I’m always so happy with my orders. Babyboo is my go-to brand whenever I have an event, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Appalling. Ordered two dresses at nearly £400!!! They came, poor quality, completly different satin to the pictures. Went to return and seen it was only store credit!! I live in the UK so this is not something they can do. Emailed to get a return which they said they would as Id already stated legal action.
Have been given a ‘partial refund’!!
Absolutely shocking company, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
Will be taking further legal action against them.

Do not buy dress in Babyboo!! I return the dress but they take photo and they say cant give the credit because theres no swing tag, only the long line tag still on , how do i i know if receive with or without swing tag 😳🙄, i pay almost $300 and the dress to small. So i asking them if they can return the dress back to my address even though i will pay the postage. But they have policy that the dress must go to recyle company 🤔.
That mean i loose the money and the dress!!. I knew you say sorry but you NOT!! Shame

Amazing customer service! I was really stressed about receiving my dress in time for my Year 12 Formal, and the team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and understanding throughout the process. They kept me updated and were quick to answer my questions. The dress is beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you, Babyboo, for making such an important occasion a little less stressful!
