Ive bought my girlfriend 2 dresses from babyboo and both times shes loved them, the reviews make it super easy to estimate the sizing and there is an excellent range on offer. Delivery is also super quick for last minute events/presents

Absolutely dismal. They sent me a dirty/worn dress which I returned and the replacement never arrived. Charged me for shipping and taxes for nothing. Stay away.

I was so excited to place my first order with Babyboo after seeing countless positive reviews on TikTok. The dress I purchased was a significant purchase for me, and I had high expectations.

Unfortunately, the dress was completely unwearable. It would not zip by approximately four inches, despite ordering my usual size. I wasn’t looking for a refund—I simply wanted to exchange it for a different style that would better suit my body.

The disappointing part is that I unknowingly removed the security string while trying to get into the dress. There was no warning in my order confirmation or purchase email explaining that removing this string would permanently prevent an exchange. As a first-time customer, I had no idea. I only noticed the wording after I had already removed it while attempting to try the dress on.

Customer service acknowledged that I didn’t know about the policy but still refused to offer any solution or escalate my request to someone who could approve an exception. For such an expensive dress, I expected a little more understanding, especially since I wasn’t asking for my money back—only the opportunity to exchange an item that I cannot wear.

I hope Babyboo reconsiders how situations like this are handled. A little flexibility and empathy for first-time customers would go a long way. I would gladly update this review if the company reaches out and offers a fair resolution. Be aware that certain dress designs are not true to size. The dress fit so wierd. My chest area was completely explosed through the peephole.

Please be careful before ordering. I returned my dress after trying it on once because the size was not right, and although the item was returned in perfect condition, I was only offered store credit instead of a refund.

This was not clear enough to me before purchasing, especially as I paid through instalments. I have seen many other customers experiencing the same issue, so I recommend reading the return policy carefully before placing an order.

I initially got a size bigger. After reaching out to the customer service, my exchange request was immediately processed and the new dress was already on the way before I even returned the one I had initially purchased. I greatly appreciate the good service. The dress was here in no time!

As for the dress, amazing quality and amazing style. Babyboo always delivers new and unseen styles with the best fabric. Will be ordering again for sure!

Loved the dress! Did have to pay $100 duties which sucked but otherwise was great

They are TRICKSTERS and SCAMMERS! BEWARE! Item came looking like it was worn. I opened chargeback. Babyboo provided a return label and told me they will provide refund. I returned the item and made them aware. Then they told me to close the dispute so that they can refund the money, so I did. After that they refused to respond to me, so they took the return yet they are refusing to refund. They told visa security one thing and tell me another, very cunning.

The dress arrived very quickly and it looks even more beautiful than in the photos. The quality is amazing, the fit is perfect, and I’m very happy with my purchase. I would definitely order from Babyboo Fashion again. Highly recommended!

I bought the wrong size and the exchange was absolutely amazing. Within seconds I got my dress exchanged. The delivery was extremely fast and I just love how the dress fit. Safe to say baby boo is my number one online shopping destination.
