Baby Brews is a community baby group designed not only with babies in mind BUT the parents too!! The group is aimed at all new/new again parents of non-walking babies. Having a new baby presents its challenges, and often we are so immersed in our own bubble that quickly we can become isolated from the real world. Baby Brews is designed to offer a supportive network of like-minded parents, a safe space to meet and encourages friendships for not only the babies but the parents too!! Each session is meticulously planned to meet babies’ social, emotional and neurological development, with a different theme and content each week! As well as creative content, there are opportunities planned in, to interact and bond with your baby. Not only are babies planned into each session but so too is the the wellness of the new parents by including activities that release the feel good hormones and suppress the stress!! And on top of this, integrated into every session, is time for parents and carers to enjoy a an opportunity for a warm brew (hence the name) while socialising and interacting with one another. Baby Brews is not just a baby group- it’s a parent group too!!
