Heartless service for a family in need. Broken machine, broken promises.
I bought the Baby Brezza Formula Pro to support us through our surrogacy journey abroad—an already complex and emotionally demanding time. We invested in what we thought was a premium product to ensure our newborn had the best start and to give ourselves one less thing to worry about. Instead, this machine has been the single biggest source of stress.
The unit developed a permanent E6 error almost immediately. We have followed every technical instruction—cool water flushes, deep resets, sensor cleaning—but it is clear the internal thermostat is defective.
The response from the UK distributor (Cheeky Rascals) has been cold and dismissive:
The "Travel" Excuse: They have officially washed their hands of us because we are currently abroad with our baby. They claim our warranty is "void" for simply moving the machine, showing zero empathy for our specific situation.
Blaming the Parent: Despite thousands of identical E6 complaints online, they insist this is an "environmental factor" and not a hardware fault.
Zero Durability: For a product at this price point, you expect it to function for more than a few weeks. To have it fail when you are thousands of miles from home with a newborn is devastating.
To any other parents—especially those going through surrogacy or planning to travel—do not trust this brand. They will take your money happily, but the moment the hardware fails (and it will), they will hide behind their T&Cs and leave you stranded. Truly disappointed.
