Good experience and very affordable.

Do not buy their products, complete scam, 200$ rip off. They make it look like you can buy spare parts you definitely can't.

The quality of the dresses I ordered are super nice, and it just what I ordered f4om the picture. They also have fast delivery

Buyer beware! This company is a scam. I received a completely different dress than what I ordered. I ordered the dress in the picture and instead was given a bright peach dress with a different lace pattern, and a musty old smell. Now I have to find a new dress in a week for my baby shower. Even worse, I have been trying to return for almost a week, without success. I paid $52.80 for the dress. Instead of being offered a full deserved refund, the company has offered me $8 and suggested I give the “dress away to a friend, perhaps as a present.” When I said no and asked for a full refund, they wrote again suggesting a “partial refund of $18 to keep the dress.” Unfortunately, this isn’t the dress I ordered. I do not want it and no one I know would want it because it is a smelly old dress. I really do hope I can get this resolved; however I have been going back and forth for almost a week without given a refund. Very disappointing.

Horrible how long this took to come from China😡 Just be honest and say our stuff comes from China so it will take forever to purchase and we had to shop for something else! I will make sure to let everyone know this too

We still have not received our order. It told us two day shipping and it’s been over two weeks.

I received a dress in the mail today, not the one I ordered based on the photo associated with the purchase.

Measurements from the site are incorrect and even if I did like the dress, it doesn’t fit.

Looks cheap, color is less than champagne.

Product support does not exist. I've tried to contact support no less than 10 times and only received one email back stating "We don't support parts".

Absolutely love the kettle! It has made getting our bottles ready much quicker and easier!

customer service for this company is non existent tried to email about my formula mixer failing and got no response, so waited a week and tried to send another and yet again no response, ended up buying the hot water kettle that seems to be working so far.

Simple but elegantly made. Nice material, sleek design and good user interface. Dispenses accurate qty of water.
I would prefer this over any formula mixer as they don’t usually mix the right formula qty.
the instructions manual is not well written though. They don’t even talk about how to dispense the water (which is the main function- lol). But the user interface itself is simple enough to figure it out.

I tried to return the dress that I got because the material is so sheer it wasn't wearable but the return system wouldn't let me through and I never was able to get a hold or anyone in Customer Service so now I am stuck with a dress that I can never wear and do not want.

It would be helpful if you updated the information on your old brand name "living ez" to direct users here to baby exo since they are the same products. Shipping of replacement parts were very fast and communication excellent.

I ordered thinking it would be 3 business days, well it was actually 8 business days and I had to purchase another maternity dress for my baby shower 😣very disappointed 😞

Ordered express shipping. Still have not received it. Needed it for a photo shoot that had come and gone. Contacted your company to return the dress, told it was being shipped so I have to wait until it arrives and then I have to contact you again to return it.
