Poor customer service but lovely hair clips
I have ordered some baby hair clips from this website. The delivery details page says dispatch in 24 hours. However I have not received my delivery a week later. There is no telephone number to call and there is no reply on their email address.
They eventually arrived about 8 days after order which isn't bad but not dispatched in 24hrs as per their website. There was never any response to my emails which is sad but the clips were good quality and lovely.
