This company is garbage. Shows an item on their webshop in stock, next day delivery. After a week no update about my order. Called to find out it's out of stock. False advertisement and a scam.
Worst store ever!!! I've been waiting for my refund for 2 months! I made a purchase on November 15th but due to my baby being sick, I couldn't pick it up at the DHL poin so the item was returned. Until toda they still haven't refunded me!

Delivery took 1 full month. Missed Christmas. Pyjamas were too small for baby by the time we received them. Then I had to pay EUR 4.95 to send the pyjamas back. Other items in the package were great though.
I ordered a product-Baby Brezza Instant Warmer (in stock) on Sunday and received an email saying it is not in stock on Monday and might be back in a week. I really regret ordering it at first but Fortunately, I received another email with the good news: the product was on its way on Tuesday and I received it on Wednesday!! the product was a present for a couple and seems like a very good quality! Thanks for the quick service!!!
We have visited all the brands/shops around Amsterdam and Babyland is now our top choice. People at Zaandam store were very helpful (a middle-aged lady was really good in explaining and showing all the practical needs with the stroller, which was 1000 times better than just reading stuff online), consumer service people (especially Patrick) were very active in trying to help (when they said they will call us back, they did, when they had more information on our backorders, they also kept us updated; this is very different to a few other places we made orders online, where I had to call multiple times to ask for an update), and even the delivery person was very nice. Highly recommended, I don't think we will ever visit other stores :)
