Ordered in June, never arrived. No reply from the company.
We ordered a baby nest on June 19 2020.
The due date for our child to arrive is in a couple of days.
Our order never arrived.
I asked for a refund a couple of weeks ago, they ensured me that the nest would have been delivered before the end of last week. Didn’t happen. Now are three days that I’m trying to reach them on Facebook ad by email, never received any reply.
Very disappointing and not recommended.

I never received any reply on my email sent on Tuesday September 22.
The last email I received from the Company was on August 20 saying that the package was giungo to be sent on week 36/37.
After I didn’t receive the package I wrote an email and on Facebook. I received the reply on Facebook on September 10 saying that I was going to receive the package the week after. The package didn’t arrive, so I started to write every day to ask for the refund. Never received a reply till September saying “the order will be sent the incoming week, it has already been prepared so the refund is not possible anymore”.
An apologies for the delay and for the lack in replies would have been appreciated.
