The mat is not padded as advertised, and comes in very low quality. I wouldn't use that for my baby as the normal rug I have is actually more padded than the advertised padded mat for baby. Probably should have known by the lower price point. Do not purchase.

Ordered on the 10th of March and it arrived on the 22nd of March so not too bad. Thought I was buying off an Australian site so was surprised to see product being shipped from China but that’s ok.
Packaging was rather odd, and mat seems to be thinner than I thought it would be from experience with similar products from similar brands. Seems a little cheaper quality than expected even though the price is decent. Probably wouldn’t buy again from here but not totally upset about the mat. I got the Green Tea colour and it’s pretty (smells funky right now but I’m sure that will go away).

Ordered over 2 weeks ago when shipping said 1-7 days... I've had no reply back from support and no package in sight. Starting to wonder if this is a scam to be honest...

Ordered my babymat 30th December & have not received any update after taking my money. Now your website looks like you out of all stock . Awaiting to be refunded or at very least some communication . Very disappointed after purchasing from Australian based company!!

Placed my order over a week ago and still haven’t received tracking information. Not impressed at all.

I placed an order three weeks ago and not yet received the products. I have asked for a refund via emails and PayPal but not yet received any response.

Ordered 2 mats and paid for shipping with extra cover. Only one mat received. I emailed baby mat support team as per the email address. They said it was an error from their end and refunded the cost for one mat as they have sold out that particular mat. However, I need two mats (one mat is not big enough for our space) and requested to return the other mat for refund as it's not going to work. It's been almost 2 weeks now, and I've sent multiple follow up email with no response.

Normally play matts are atrocious colours that make your living room look terrible - this is quite the opposite, we couldn't be happier with the purchase, highly recommend!

I bought 2 mats on July 5, 2023 and paid for Express Shipping (1-4 days). It is now July 27, 2023, and I have not received my purchase. I tried to reach out to Babymat, but noone has gotten back to me. Very hard to contact as there is no number to call--just an email address, but you don't know if anyone is monitoring it.

I purchased and had confirmation email of items.
They emailed me days later to say they sold out. offered no other option to still receive a similar item.
Before starting a sale, stocktake should be done and numbers correctly put in the website, so this doesn’t happen.

Had order confirmed and paid for and there was no stock. The product had been oversold and I wasn’t advised until I chased it up.

Great customer service when I had a problem at check out. The tatami mat is very soft, thick and we are very happy with the product.

The team member from baby mat are wonderful and really helpful. I got help while ordering my mat. The mat itself is so good, really comfortable. Love the product very much. I’ll definitely recommend this to others.

Mat is very nice and soft, great for baby tummy time. It arrived within good time. There are some crinkles on one side which I am hoping will smooth out over time. Overall happy with my purchase.

The price was good (50%off), but quality not so great, misshapen and not circle (almost a line on one side). It will do the job but I don’t love it. Some difficulty with ordering initially on site too but resolved via emailing.
