Took 3 weeks to arrive

Took 3 weeks to arrive. Car seat smelt like fish. Said it was from 9 months and other sites said it’s from 15 months plus. So can’t use until my sons older. Also told it was out of stock after I purchased it. Was also told I could have a 4% discount lol which I didn’t get either. Will not be using again!!

The delay was beyond our control and we have informed you of the delay and kept you informed throughout until your order was delivered. We have never experienced any cases in regards to the condition of this car set and we offered to assist but not had a reply back.

In regards to the usage age of the car seat, the product description on our website is accurate up until the date of purchase and we are only responsible of the content on our website and not on the content found on other websites.

Threatening us with implied legal action!

Ordered a Jo Cot Bed from this company after Baby Snooze claimed it was a high quality product on their website. The product arrived with unfinished paint and generally the quality of the product was poor (and that’s being generous).

We contacted Baby Snooze to request them to collect their faulty and poor quality product and refund us in full. Their response was to dispute our claims that the product was faulty and that we had to pay for postage to return a product weighing 25-30kg across two boxes. We were not prepared to cover the cost of this with it not being our fault and after a lengthy email exchange (still ongoing after 27 weeks of taking delivery) we placed the transaction in dispute with American Express. Amex ruled in our favour and reimbursed the transaction after receiving evidence of the fault in the form of emails and pictures. Baby Snooze’s response to our request to collect their product following our Amex refund was that Amex’s decision is not a legal ruling. They have now implied escalation to take legal action against us, essentially, over collection costs of a faulty product they sold to us.

Never experienced anything like it in my life. Dealing with such a stubborn and arrogant company has only added to the challenges of being new parents.

Avoid this cavalier company or keep your fingers crossed that your product is not faulty and/or to your expectations.

Not very clear instructions and the bed…

Not very clear instructions and the bed it’s not a solid as I wanted, all the parts are added properly but still not there! Also the draw not that the cot is in the upper lever you can see through all the stuff inside.

Reply: I have no reason to lie! The bed is falling apart and I’m not happy with the product!

Hello,

The cot bed went through Rigorous testing and it has passed. This includes testing the structure on cot bed mode and toddler bed mode, paint testing and how easy to follow assembly instructions.

In regards to seeing through drawer content when mattress is upper level is normal because the guard rails are slatted rail and not solid rail. This is standard on all cot beds in the market.

AVOID

I purchased a pram from this company, received an invoice and confirmation etc and a delivery date. 2 days later I received an email saying it was out of stock for an "unknown period of time" so they couldn't send it. I checked their website, it stated it was in stock but they had increased the price by almost £200... I emailed them to ask why their website said it was in stock with a new much higher price, they clearly just didn't want to honor the price I paid. I told them I was in no rush and I'd happily wait until it was back in stock. They emailed back and said it was definitely out of stock and offered me 10% off my next purchase (I checked their website and they changed it to out of stock) so I thought ok fair enough and apologised to them for being annoyed about the situation. No email back from them, they refunded my money then less than 12 hours later the item is suddenly back in stock on their website 😂😂

Avoid this "company" like the plague. If you buy something and they decide they might be able to get more money for it they'll just spin you a web of lies and cancel your. This has been going on since last Thursday 😂

Again: AVOID, use a reputable company - I wish I had.

Great product (mini cot) arrived quickly
I had a slight problem in that the wrong sized mattress arrived but the customer service was great, prompt reply correct sized mattress sent out the same day. Would definitely recommend

Very pleased with the child seat I…

Very pleased with the child seat I bought. It was fully compliant with EU as well as UK laws. The seat fitted perfectly and was exactly as described. The pictures and hints on how to fit the seat were very useful. There is also an online manual. Would highly recommend this product and the customer service and experience were great. The higher price than other child seats is well worth it in terms of quality and safety.

New cot/bed

Cot arrived next day which was way earlier than expected and was kept informed of delivery time so all was great, cot is solid and as description and apart from a couple of bungs that were missing from the drawer (phoned up and they were posted out next day so no real issues) would definitely use again and really happy with the cot/bed

The service was exellent

The service was exellent. I was communicating with Baby Snooze directly via their facebook page. All questions were answered and I got my delivery as expected. I ordered a Jo Morden Style Cot Bed. The quality is very good, stable and looks great in my baby's nursary. Highly recommended.
