My experience with this company has been totally unacceptable. I was promised guidance and a major advertising campaign if I joined and paid before a specific deadline, which I met. No guidance or any ad campaign was fulfilled! I was also told that freight to Australia was included in the original quote. After paying, the company changed their position and said additional freight fees would need to be accounted for by me, despite never sending all the products I paid for. Also, this was only stated to me after I requested a refund of the amount I was owed.
Communication has been consistently inadequate. I have been given repeated excuses such as staff turnover, misplaced files, or needing to “review my case,” yet no meaningful action has ever followed. Requests for updates are ignored, and although I am repeatedly told someone will get back to me, they do not. This pattern has continued for years.
I have not received all the products I paid for, nor a refund for the amount owed. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to exercise caution.
