We were very pleased buying some exciting and beautiful free standing stainless steel items to put in our bathroom and cloakroom from Back2Bath. They are as follows:
2 toilet roll holders
2 toilet brushes
2 upstands for spare toilet rolls
2 door clothes holders/hooks
1 towel holder
They fit perfectly in both rooms and they were very reasonably priced with a reduction of 15% being first time customers.

Easy to order, fast delivery.

Excellent service, product despatched that evening and arrived when planned. Very pleased all round.

Doesn't hold for more than a few seconds. Can't return item as I had to send it to another part of the country.

1 star because delivery was on time and and eventually got a refund.
Everything in between from opening the box was a disaster and gets zero stars.
'Customer Service' was appalling, would not accept fault, didn't listen, was rude and I was treat with arrogant contempt (wouldn't dream of dealing with my customers like this).
Whilst trying to get somewhere with my issue it was discovered that the 'manufacturer' of the product purchased and the stockist of this product had exactly the same postal address and post code, but neither would comment and kept saying that they have nothing to do with each other (?). Be wary.
Long story and too much time wasted with this 'company' already.

Quick and efficient service

I ordered a mirror for my mum as she does not shop online. Unfortunately, the mirror had a mark in the middle of it that I hoped could be wiped off, and although was a small mark, I knew my mum would not like it in her new bathroom. When I phoned customer services and spoke to a lady called Michelle, I could instantly tell she was unhappy with my problem and said to send photos. I did this but she said she could not see the mark, and that the mirror would have to be returned. When they received it, she again said she could not see the mark. I asked them to look in a natural light but they did not. She said I was being too fussy, and implied that whatever I received would not be good enough!! Without my knowledge, she refunded the money for the mirror and just sent a email confirming this. On the several occasions that i spoke to Michelle, I felt like she spoke down to me and was totally unreasonable. I am a reasonable person but certainly did not want a mirror with a mark on it. I would have orderd the mirror elsewhere but my mum liked this particular one and size as well. I had to ask my daughter to order the mirror under her name and the mirror she received was perfect....no marks at all. I am still flabergasted at the terrible customer service skills received by Michelle and the way she made me feel. I certainly was not being overly fussy, but if you pay lots of money for a new bathroom that you have waited a long time for, you certainly do not want an imperfect mirror. I do not often post bad reviews but felt I had to this time....totally unacceptable.
