Sent a Faulty Phone in the WRONG colour too
I ordered a BLUE iPhone 14 refurbished in excellent condition for my husband's bday. They sent me the midnight black colour and offered me a $30 partial refund for the inconvenience even though I'd already paid about that much extra for the blue colour. The phone arrived dirty with finger prints and marks on it. Did not look "excellent condition" whatsoever and consistently gave us temperature warnings without being hot and "unknown parts detected" warnings. The temperature warning came up every day for the 30 days we've had it. It's now day 30 and we are sending the phone back.
Writing my honest review here as BackMarket did not put my 1-star review on their website.
I guess it's a 50/50 chance with them. 50% of customers get a decent phone and I suppose they must be the only reviews they post. Not worth the risk. Would not recommend.
I'm going back to Reebelo. Never had a bad experience with them. Worth the extra money.

Great service. I purchased an iPhone mini13 as I prefer smaller phones and only changed because my 6-yearold iPhone 12 mini kept overheating and turning itself off! Love that buying a refurbished phone is better for the planet - we need more of this in a world which has fallen in love with disposable everything, without thinking about how we manage waste!
