I realized I did not want this phone and cancelled it immediately after purchase. I got a message saying they vendor has 24 hours to get back to me. There was no way to call anyone or get any information. More than 24 hrs later I still haven't heard from anyone. But, I just got an email stating the insurance I selected was declined and they would be canceling it and refunding me for the insurance (but no mention of canceling and refunding the phone itself). There is no way to reach anyone on this site. It is very similar to accidental purchases I have made from Chinese companies. They have all been scams. Do not buy from them!

Response to Back Market: My order number is EU18199731. It is bizarre that you ask for it on a review site instead of just sending me an email. In fact, I can't find a way to email anyone. I have received several messages from your company, but they all come from No Reply addresses. Most recently, the email says my order will arrive on Wednesday. When I purchased it, it was supposed to arrive in two business days. That would be Monday. I leave the country on Thursday, so if it doesn't come there is no way I can return it to you until I get back in two months. I canceled the order IMMEDIATELY after I placed it. You should have easily been able to stop it from being shipped. Instead, you pretend you don't receive it, send the item and hope that I will not send it back. This way of doing business is what is so wrong about buying online. I will never order anything from any company online except Amazon. At least they know how to treat their customers.

2nd Reply to Back Market - I think what you are telling me is that I will receive a refund even if the phone is shipped. I appreciate that very much. I will post an update on this review with the final results of that.

Hi, I did my first shopping on backmarket and today I took my shipment from our doorkeeper. As I saw, the box wasn't damaged and it was covered with green plastic rope. There wasn't any hole or something like that. But when I open the box I realized that someone took out the plastic cover of the bill and take out the phone from its box. So there is no phone. Even there is no accessories .I'm totally shocked and disappointed. I will open a case in the police station. But how can I fight for my rights? I need a phone immediately and that's why I bought a new phone from your website and someone stole my phone or didn't my phone in the box in so professional and suspected way. This is ridiculous . Please contact me immediately.

Nobody let me to contact with the seller. You guys send an empty box and you didn’t even contact me on the phone. You took my 400 euros for an empty box.

I bought a samsung s10e. Phone is great work perfectly and most important is sent together with all accessories (charging device, USB cable, sim adpater, silicon case etc). Totally satisfied. Only possible "flaw" is that the phone was conceived for the Korean market, this is not a problem (for languages or keyboard) unless you want use SamsungPay which will not work because needs a korean SIM.
