Not cross at all
Superb products with really nice cover art. I was slightly nervous about the cross grid page markings (I generally use plain paper notebooks), but it's done in such a way that if you don't want to use the cross grids you can pretty much forget they're there.

Marvelous paper for fountain pens.
This is the best pocket notebook paper I've ever put my fountain pens to, the paper is absorbent so the ink dries quickly and doesn't smear, and 120gms means no bleed through.
I'll be sure to buy more of their notebooks when I use up the ones I got. Or when I need a gift for someone.

Update: We received confirmation from the customer that the notebooks arrived.
Hi Julie,
I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the service.
Someone emailed me directly to ask about their package yesterday so I can cover off the same findings I had with you.
The tracking number you have is a reference for the postage of the item rather than a tracking of the item itself, I don't think that's very clear with the automated way the fulfillment works so I'll see if I can improve that with the Royal Mail (although I'm not sure they'll change on my behalf).
The order used the Standard Delivery rather than the track/sign option so I'm not able to tell you where the package is at this point.
I've looked at another package that was on the way to California that was sent at the same time and it arrived in the US on the 12th, but it's only just gone out on the road for delivery yesterday. Another was due for Texas that is out for delivery today (Thursday 20th).
Fingers cross your notebooks are heading out on the same time frames, although I can not confirm.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
