They don’t respond to emails and preorders last DECADES - if they arrive at all (mine never has). They don’t refund you and will not respond to you, total scam business.

Ik had 3 funkos besteld 2 normale en 1 grote, ze waren alle drie heel goed verpakt en hadden geen beschadigingen. Klantenservice was ook erg behulpzaam en snel in hun reacties op mijn vragen.

I ordered 3 funkos, 2 normal sized ones and 1 big one, yhey were all packaged very well and didnt have any damage on them. Customer service was also very quick in their replies and very nice.

Ordered a Funko, but as expected delivery time was delayed for months after the birthday party it was needed for, I cancelled the order.

I have been waiting since July/August for a refund. Customer service is super friendly at every email contact or reminder.But nothing happens. No refund. For months now. I normally dont write reviews, but I am really fed up with it.

I preordered a pop in April to be delivered in the summer; the delivery has been delated various time. I finally choose to cancel it. On the 23rd of September I asked for a refund. I was supposed to receive it within a few days. I am still asking for it. They respond to every mail I send but they don’t refund the money.
So disappointed!

Outstanding service in the packaging of the products and also super nice and friendly team responding as soon as possible and giving solutions, all products come fast and with outmost care and well packaged never had even the sightless scratch or mark on them 100% good state, they also have an amazing selection of products as always, I will keep buying here. thank you Backtothetoys team!

EDIT: Je viens d'être intégralement remboursé, aujourd'hui 07/09/22, je rajoute une étoile à mon avis car ils remboursent bien mais armer vous de patience.
I have just received a full refund, today 07/09/22, I add a star to my review as they refund well but be patient.

J'ai effectué une commande le 15/02/21, 1 an et demi plus tard je n'ai toujours rien reçu et demande donc un remboursement. Le 26/07/22 on me répond que le remboursement prendra 14 jours. Cela fait plus d'un mois et je n'ai toujours pas reçu le remboursement de ma commande! Toutes les semaines je les recontacte pour savoir ce qu'il se passe et toujours la même réponse:
" Thank you for your message!

I will check it with our administration. They will check it for you. If it did not happen yet, we will arrange it for you as soon as possible. "

Je déconseille du coup ce magasin et leur SAV désastreux!
Si vous voyez mon message back to the toys, pas besoin de répondre à mon avis en demandant mon numéro de commande, on discute déjà toutes les semaines depuis 1 mois sans résultat.
REMBOURSEZ-MOI , vous avez déjà toutes les infos...

I placed an order on 15/02/21, 1 year and a half later I still haven't received anything and I ask for a refund. On 26/07/22 I was told that the refund would take 14 days. I do not recommend this store and their disastrous service!
If you see my message back to the toys, no need to answer my opinion by asking for my order number, we already discuss every week for 1 month without result.
Give me a refund, you already have all the information...

Honestly one of the best pages to buy funkos. We have had some delays with our orders, but they have always responded and solved the issue in less than 24 hours! the service, the page, the status of the pops upon arrival, everything is perfect. Without a doubt we are looking forward to traveling and getting to know the physical store.

Ordered two Funko Pop's, both came good secured and without any damage.

Delivery took about three days, shipping was a bit pricey, but overall I'm really happy with the delivery and I would definitely recommend them.

I have had a great experience with this site, this is where I get most of my pops, they're very up to date, mainly for things like comic con items/pops, they now also have other items than mainly funko pops, like star wars helmets, and sabers. This is also why they gotten a new logo and name shared with the name funkopops nl: backtothetoys.com
Soon they will completely switch from the name funkopops nl to backtothetoys!!!
I highly reccomend this site.

Ik heb een goede ervaring met deze site, hier koop ik mijn meeste collectibles, ze zijn heel erg up to date, ze hebben veel comic con items voor dat ze uitverkocht zijn. Ze verkopen nu ook duurdere en leukere items zoals lightsaber replika's of helmen van stormtroopers en meer!

i was scared that there was something wrong with my order beceause i got no email, i send a message and after 2 days i got a response! the email was send but i didnt found it beceause it was in my spam mail! after 3 days my funko pop was send, very good website easy and one to trust.

There was so much box damage to my pop! I e-mailed the them and they asked for a picture, i send one and they haven't responded in 5 weeks! DON'T BUY! EDIT: MY REVIEW WAS REPORTED BECAUSE IT WAS NEGATIVE (DON"T BUY)
