Hi Iurii,

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry the backorder lead time fell short of your expectations. Orders are currently supplied on a backorder basis, and we're facing delays on two fronts: extended lead times from the manufacturer's own supply, alongside ongoing cross-border & global shipping constraints.

Together these have unfortunately pushed our restocking times out further than usual. We do display the estimated lead time on the product page and at checkout so customers can decide before ordering, but we completely understand the wait is longer than anyone would like.

Please know your order can be fully refunded at any point if you'd prefer not to wait. If you'd like us to look into your order or arrange that for you, please email us at help@bacwaterdirect.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it straight away.
