My experience at your clinic for my surgery on April , 2025, at Avrasya Hospital was deeply disappointing. From start to finish, the process was marked by disorganization and unprofessionalism, making me regret choosing your services.

Communication before my arrival was slow and unclear, leaving many questions unanswered. The surgery, handled by Dr. Evren, felt rushed and chaotic, and Dr. Farhan’s follow-up care was inconsistent and unhelpful. Joey’s travel arrangements from England to Istanbul were poorly managed, with uncomfortable transfers and no support for issues.

The nursing staff, including Cerennur, Sumeyra, and Elif, were dismissive and lacked compassion. Translation and coordination by Zineb Benkirane and others were inadequate, and Luna’s departure arrangements were disorganized. Hygiene was a major concern—both the hospital and hotel were visibly dirty, with substandard facilities that felt unsafe.

My recovery was painful and poorly supported, far from the smooth process promised. I felt disrespected and neglected throughout. Choosing Badge Clinic was a mistake, and I strongly advise others to avoid it for a safer, more professional experience elsewhere.

I honestly regret choosing Badge Health. From the very beginning, communication was poor and confusing.

They promised transparency, but once I made the payment, it was nearly impossible to get straight answers.
When I arrived in Istanbul, the coordination was chaotic — no one was there at the airport as promised, and I had to wait almost two hours for my transfer.

The hotel was far from 5-star, and the aftercare felt rushed and unprofessional.

The doctor barely spoke to me, and the nurse didn’t seem to know my case. I left feeling anxious and uncared for.

Three weeks later, I’m still waiting for a proper follow-up and feel completely let down.

TrustPilot Review: I chose badge health because of their openness, transparency and honest communication throughout. From the start they have been friendly, accommodating and always willing to answer any question I have. From an early stage I felt comfortable and happy with them and they did not disappoint when it came to my procedure. Every aspect of the care I received from the moment I touched down in Istanbul was seamless, from the transport to and from the amazing 5star hotel, to the procedure itself and all the incredible support provided by the aftercare team following my procedure. I had a two day procedure and was relieved to have access to a nurse in the hospital in the evening. I was also reviewed comprehensively in the morning by their doctor and nurse who were both knowledgeable and clear. I was quite anxious about having this procedure and everyone has been so understanding, patient, caring and reassuring throughout. I’m just over three weeks post-op and am really pleased with the incredible job the surgeon has done so far, and really optimistic about the results in the months to come. I’d like to thank the incredible Badge Health Team for providing such an excellent service.

I was browsing the internet and came across an advertisement for badge health, it was an advertisement for a hair transplant stating Maximum grafts for a fixed price ,Included all these services:
-2 Nights 5-star luxury Hotel Accommodation (including breakfast and +1 accompanying person)

an offer I couldn't refuse I had been wanting a hair transplant for 10 years at this point and I couldn't let this opportunity go, I thought in England get 3000 grafts that's the maximum by law they're aloud to do for £3000 with less experience or do I go to turkey and take up this offer which would cost me less than £3000 pounds and can have a maximum of 5000 grafts if I needed too and with way more experience it's a no brainer a trip to turkey it was for me, so I flew to turkey Istanbul where i met a man working with badge health who escorted me to a private taxi which then drove me to a 5 star hotel for a 2 night stay while I have my procedure,  when I arrived to the hotel I was greeted by a lady called ceren from badge clinic who made me feel at ease and told me everything that was going to happen with my hair transplant and what time I was being picked up. Day of the surgery I was greeted by the taxi driver and the lovely Arooj who picked me up by a private luxury taxi with all lights inside and then drove to the clinic, I then filled out some forms had a blood test and then had a consultation on where my hairline was going to be, all translated into English by Arooj, I also liked the fact the photographer helped out and had a say in where my hairline should be I thought he has an eye for art and attention to detail so I liked that and trusted both the photographers and the surgeons judgement and it turned out exactly how I wanted it, So far so Good. I was then taken to a room where I would have my hair shaved while all of this was going on I was having photos and videos taken by the photographer to go onto social media this is optional if you wish not to be on social media that is fine. After I had my head shaved I was then taken to the room where the procedure would be done, I got changed into the medical gown  laid face down on the bed then the procedure was about to begin, The anaesthetic was then injected and the grafts where then taken from the back and sides of my head, now it was time for a break, as I was sitting there I was surprised as I looked up there was a man holding a dominos pizza for me for my lunch so I was very happy about that aha, after lunch I went back to the operation room laid on my back and then they started to implant the hair follicles into the front of my head creating my new hairline after the hairline was completed they then implanted the hair follicles into the crown and middle area then it was all done, they cleaned me up made sure I was okay gave me some water a goody bag with the shampoo repair care and medication special pillow and I was good to go, they arranged transfers back to the hotel, when i got back to my room i had noticed a little thankyou card with a present a tray of fruit which I really appreciated as I was craving fruit so thankyou for that shortly after Ceren came and knocked on my door and made sure I was okay, I then was picked up in the morning to go back to the clinic for a hair wash then the private taxi took me back to the airport so I could go home. From start to finish I had a support network a team who cared for my health and wellbeing from Ceren greeting me at the hotel to Arooj being there every step of the way translating sitting with me when she could of went home, to having good conversations about life and the surgeon and the two ladies who helped the surgeon perform the hair transplant, to the photographer cool guy. It has only been one week today since my operation but I cannot beleive the difference and the cut for the tummy tuck looks very neat and professional

I chose Badge Clinic for a cosmetic procedure in Istanbul and overall I'm satisfied with the experience. Positive points: • Very well organized: a coordinator accompanied me from the moment I arrived, including a driver and transfers. • The medical and nursing staff are competent and available. I was always able to ask my questions and get clear answers. • The clinic is modern, clean, and well-equipped, which instills confidence. • The post-operative follow-up is good, with several check-ups and good responsiveness when needed.

I’m more than satisfied with my results! I have have so much confidence in my body and I couldn’t have picked a better place to go!!

I cannot recommend badge clinic enough! The staff here were kind, polite and very professional. I would like to thank İrem my patient experience coordinator she was amazing throughout, anything I needed she helped right away, she made me smile lots throughout and made me feel so comfortable. I recently had a few surgeries combined, and from start to finish I felt very well looked after. The team made sure I was reassured every step of the way, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.

The nurses were amazing, both at the hospital and back at the hotel. Any time I needed something they were happy to help. My patient coordinator, Arooj was also incredibly helpful, always checking in to make sure everything was running smoothly and that I had no worries.

I also want to mention Dr. Mete, who was not only highly professional but also very approachable. He took the time to listen and explained everything clearly, he made me feel completely comfortable. I am happy with my results and I feel more confident thanks to his work.

Everything about my experience was organized and stress free. I felt supported, safe and cared throughout the whole process, and I’m really greatful to the entire team for making what could have been a very overwhelming time feel so manageable.

Where do I start. Communion from start has been 10/10 kept me at ease as I was very nervous, from arriving at the airport everything was perfect I arrived to hospital where I was met by arroj, she was lovely and with me till the next day. I met with dr mete he was so nice listened to me and I showed him my pictures I wanted I got a lift with implant and small reduction the picture and what I got are the same. So happy with them. The hospital are quick to answer any questions I have still now am home. I have recommended a few family members to go here as I had 10/10 experience.

The level of customer service is at its finest. Whole process every question was answered. Even over whats app the quick response and effective customer service. The facilities amazing. Brand new and super clean.

I am so happy with my experience with Badge Health!! I cannot fault a thing and feel I have been very well cared for and I felt so safe. I came to Badge on Monday for a breast lift + implants, 360 lipo and BBL with Dr Mete and everyone has been so kind, polite and caring! The hospital was immaculate, the hotel was lovely and I especially loved the little touches Badge Health provided - a hospital robe and travel toothpaste + brush, a water bottle and the fruit basket when I arrived back at my hotel post surgery. I felt safe with every professional I came into contact with.

I have just returned home from breast augmentation with Badge Clinic and honestly all the details of my trip went so smoothly thanks to the team - I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I researched a lot when deciding on a clinic and surgeon and always came back to Badge and Dr Mete - I definitely made the right choice! Dr Mete listened to exactly what I wanted along with his own knowledge and expertise, my results are even better than I imagined. I’m truly so happy! Badge health made me feel at ease from start to finish. Communication was 10/10 and answered all the questions I had. I am so happy with results so far. Hotel was amazing. Nurses were there if I needed them at anytime. So friendly and welcoming.

Had breast uplift, 360 lipo and HD liposuction on Tuesday. I cannot fault the company enough. From start to finish they were all amazing.

Dr Mete listened to exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. It is still early days but my results and scars look amazing already!!
