Very friendly from start to finish and the rental process was simple and quick. Answered via WhatsApp straightaway everytime, communication was fantastic. I left my bose ear pods in the car by accident after we had been dropped at the airport and didn't realise until we were queueing at check-in so texted and asked if they could have a look and see if they can find them which they did and then drove all the way back to drop them to me. Would highly recommend.

I was picked up from the airport by the owner of the company, with my name on a board, like royalty. They gave me a brand new car on the top of the class I chose. They were super friendly and helpful with all the process. Gave great local recommendations, even served us coffee as we waited. Dropped us back at the airport on time.

Bagder Car Rentals has given me personalized VIP service for several years now. They pick me up at DLM airport and complete the paperwork at their office and you're on your way. They always give me a reliable, newer vehicle with unlimited mileage and on the return they will personally drop you off at DLM departure gate. Always easy and convenient and friendly too.
