If you asked me 4 months ago when I started badlands I would have given 5 stars. But after 2 weeks of their system issues and them trying to take $249/day for my 1 week subscription is insane. I've spoken to them 3 times in the past 2 weeks and nothing is resolved, today I got an attitude with a call back when you want your order. It's sad because my picky dog liked it and now I'm back to searching for something less stressful that I'm not having to call multiple times a week, who has time for that. They need better systems and better manufacturers that can charge you when the order is complete and mail it in less than week, which has been my other issue, they use some unknown shipping company that takes twice as long as UPS.

Badlands Ranch Superfood Complete. My 12 year old black lab did like the taste. I used it as a topper to his Royal Canin food. Within one hour, he was hypersalivating, drool just pouring out. He turned very warm and he looked completely uncomfortable and his eyes were even watery. I will not ever give him this food again.

I really like the quality of the dog food and my dogs like it also. So much so that I put it on automatic re-order. Unfortunately, the bags have been coming recently as dust rather than chunks. Think of it as receiving a box of your favorite cereal completely crushed. It doesn't look appetizing although my dogs still eat it. I am seriously considering going to a competitor with better quality control.

June 25, 2024 Update: Badlands Ranch reached out to correct the issue. They listened to my experience and reviewed my pictures. They then replaced the product which was generous because my dogs did eat the original bags. I give them credit for the effort and my dogs do like the food.

After placing my order, I received confirmation on 2/10/24 that my order was processed and set to ship. Given the standard shipping time of 3-5 business days, I anticipated receiving my order promptly. However, it wasn't until 2/27/24, nearly three weeks later, that the dog food finally arrived.

During this extensive delay, I was compelled to purchase alternative dog food, incurring additional expenses. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue via email, my concerns remained unaddressed. Consequently, I contacted Badlands customer service department and spoke with Jessica. Regrettably, my interaction with Jessica only exacerbated my frustration.

Jessica's demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive. Despite my request to escalate the matter or speak with a more senior representative, she adamantly refused, claiming to be the highest authority available. Furthermore, Jessica expressed a lack of accountability regarding delays in order fulfillment, directing me to contact the mail carrier instead.

Given the unsatisfactory resolution and the poor handling of my concerns, I formally requested a full refund for the dog food, including the cost of return shipping. It is disheartening to encounter such disregard for customer satisfaction with your company and employees, especially after being subjected to such inconvenience and additional expenses. This is very unacceptable behavior and I would never order from here again or recommend.

Axle and Tink love all the flavors in your food. They are anxious to eat. More pep, eyes are brighter, one even at 14 yrs old jumps for her food. Their overall systems seem to work better with the nutrition. Vet visits are good no issues to report. My dogs are overall happier dogs and that makes me happy. We all want the best for our furry babies.

Awesomesauce! Zoey and Daisy ate the daylights out of the liver treats (practically tackled me to get more)! The Superfood Complete has also been a smash hit with them! At their dinner time, they both wait by their food bowls to get the beef bites! They wouldn’t do that with any other brand food I’d given them! Two thumbs up Katherine!

I have 2 dogs. A very picky yorkie and a schnoodle who eats whatever. The yorkie can't wait to get her treats. She asks for them every day and if I don't move fast enough she'll scream at me. Love these treats and the dog food.

I am impressed. My dog is 13 years old. He was doing fine before I switched his food but what a difference. He is walking better on his walks; even lifting his leg higher to urinate and lifting both legs now. He never had trouble going up the stairs, now he's going up two at a time!

My yorkie poo went through twenty bags of food and this is the only one she like.

Food is great and high quality but rather on the expensive side despite the small portions per bag. Need 30 pound bag option at reasonable price.

Our dog loves this food! We started by sprinkling on her “old” food but she just ate the Badlands🙃

Her coat is healthy. She is losing some weight thus her arthritis is not as prevalent. She does not seem to be limping as much. Loves her meal times.

I started my 12 year old lab on Badlands Ranch food about a month ago as a topper to the food he normally eats. The results are amazing! There is a noticeable change in Lincoln’s fur, breath, and gut health! He has a bounce back in his step again when we walk/hike. I call it the Badlands Ranch bounce!! I am surprised and thrilled at the positive changes I’ve noticed! I highly recommend Badlands Ranch!

I have two dogs, one little Shorkie and an Australian Shepherd. Both just love, love, love this food! They are only two and a half years old so I they've always had good energy. But I do notice their shiny coats and both are more regular with their movements. I top their other food because the price is quite high, but the quality is bar none, the BEST there is out there. I just put in my second order.

My Raven looks forward to eating now. I've used the Badlands dog food for a month now, as a topper because she's a large dog, and her ear infection has cleared up and she's rarely scratching. We are so impressed. Thank you
