Ordered some reel strings, and the tracking says shipped from Denmark 22nd Feb but arrived/delivered to my address 4th March. They sent me an email to write a review about the service but the package didn't arrived yet. 😕

Placed order 10 days ago. No update ever since in the cool runner . Contacted support. No proper answer. No refund. Money gone. WARNING : Please do not buy from this seller. They have literally cheated me. Saying package might be lost. But can't refund full it seems.

Due to Christmas and New Years our handling time with emails is unfortunately a bit longer at the moment. But you received an answer to your inquirie on your email at 9am this morning.
Website order and tracking code
The products and selection thereof are excellent. The criticism deals solely with the website and the communication after the purchase. The website on ordering products gets stuck on delivery method/address and does not allow continuing with the order unless one notices to press the refresh icon. After the order was accepted and payment received, no tracking code was provided despite of the guidelines and my email concerning this shortcoming.

Quick but,...
The delivery was pretty quick and i am very happy about it. The only thing what didn't work out was the post man who just threw the package into the snow somewhere in the yard. Maybe you just check upon your delivery network.

Returning almost impossible
I’m trying to return these shirts as they are one size to small. But after 2 labels which aren’t recognized by DHL I’m still waiting for an answer of your customer service. But so far no luck and 2 yonex shirts that are waiting to return.

The shopping experience was good
The shopping experience was good, but there is two things that I don't like. The first one is that I can't have an account to view my orders and order faster in the future. The second one is that the delivery time estimation, at least for my country, is absolutely virtual. Also, the tracking number does not update so I don't know where my order is.
