Bad Society absolutely stink. They really live up to their name. Fraudsters and thieves your rating is -1000. Their clothes look so nice but if you want to return an item they keep your money and refuse to communicate. I have now opened a case against them because they cannot steal from everyone, certainly not me. I know exactly who the Business owner is she’s absolute scum. I will not be supporting anymore smaller owned black businesses because of people like this.

I wouldn’t recommend these because I’ve already gotten holes where the bum is and the stitching isn’t very good because there’s loose threads at the pockets of the tracksuit bottoms and at the hands of the tracksuit top I just feel like stitching is poor because why am I paying so much and there’s loose treads on my tracksuit? It’s meant to be high-quality.

Took them 2 months to send my order and when it arrived it was too small so I returned it and it has now been almost a month and I have not received my refund yet. Contacted them regarding it and kept being told they will look into it and sort it out but nothing has been done and I’ve emailed them 5 times. Taking it further with my bank instead

Avoid this company they are the worst ever there delivery service is diabolical not only did it take 2 weeks for a 5 day delivery the item was delivered worn and torn absolutely shocking do NOT buy from this company absolutely crap if it had zero review that what I would of given

I placed an order before my holiday in May, I haven’t been this pleased with an order in a loooong time. The quality of the pieces is the best I’ve had in a while, so complimentary on your figure and you’re made to feel comfortable in them ☺️ I’ll definitely be back to buy more, delivery was smooth as well. This is by far THE WORST company ever. I ordered several items & put it this way the quality is worse than Shein for triple the price, they give a size guide which is completely inaccurate. You then return the items and the stress to receive your money is insane! They send you a PO Box address to send back the items and then they lie to you about why it is taking months to return your money stating they are waiting for the warehouse to confirm they’ve received the return, when you send an email questioning why you haven’t received your money they give you the biggest attitude. Put it this way - Do not shop here- they are absolute SCAMMERS!

Do not order from them there customer service is terrible I’ve been contacting them regarding my order I made in march they sent me half of my order I then I had to contact them and say that and item was missing from my order for them. To send it to the wrong address and now they won’t send me out a replacement even though I’ve got evidence showing it wasn’t delivered to my address by Royal Mail it wasn’t even my postcode on the shipping label they are now refusing to refund or replace the item don’t order from them they are absolutely disgusting they will never ever get another penny out of me

Guys don’t bother ordering from this company! They have no respect for customers. Its gonna take ages for your parcel to arrive…. And then if the clothes doesn’t fit they will never give you your money… they do everything not to do refunds:) i returned the parcel via evri (i had to pay for postage) and they wouldn’t accept the parcel so it was sent back to me… i emailed their so called customer service and they told me to send it again this time by royal mail (yes i paid again) and guess what ? Yes, you guessed right… they didn’t accept the parcel and once again it was sent back to me 💅💅💅🥂🥂 so i have this dusty dress at home that cost 80 pounds…. Plus of course i spent about 10 for delivery and returns!!! Terrible company… honestly avoid at all costs! Plus you can get same dusty dresses and sets on other pages for half price….. im selling this paco dress never worn with tags attached….size m… if u want them msg me on ig @kristinaalscher

Avoid this company like the plague! They do offer refunds. However, actually receiving the money back is hard work! 4 weeks since sending my order back and still no refund. Yes, they reply to emails saying they’ve received it and will refund by the end of the day and then they don’t! This has been going back and forth now so I’ve raised a claim with PayPal! Reading up on other reviews I wish I checked first before ordering!

Awful, got an email to say they’d received my return and I’d be getting my money back in 3-10 days, 19 days later heard nothing after numerous emails and being told they’d look into it when they obviously didn’t and never bothered getting back to me, it was only after I hounded them that I received a reply and finally my money back. Along with a email with a bit of sass 😂

They would definitely be getting 0 stars if possible. I ordered 2 of their Ella tracksuits that seemed to be good quality at first glance as the fabric is quite nice and thick with decent stretch for comfortability. However, I wore them both once each and noticed they both had lots of holes along the seams. I tried to ignore it and wear them both again once more before I washed them both (once) and the holes got bigger. Not only did the holes get bigger, the pockets have started to fall off so I cannot wear them a third time. To pay this much and only get 2 wears out of the garments is simply ridiculous.
To add to the poor quality of the production of the clothing, when I posted in the tracksuit on instagram, the company reached out asking for me to share my experience with the clothing and I informed them about the holes after the first wear, of course they stopped responding. Like I said, I tried to ignore it and leave it but after wearing them a second time and washing them to find that the holes widened and the pockets began to fall off, I messaged them again (multiple times) to get some assistance for a resolution as I had not had the items up to 3 months before they began to fall apart and of course they are still ignoring me. I find the customer service to be extremely poor because it’s crazy that you can communicate with your consumers when you want a good trust pilot review but the moment you find out that you’re selling defective clothing, you shy away from your responsibilities as a supplier.

If I could give it a zero I would been more than 2 weeks and still no refund they keep saying someone will get back to me and no one ever does spend nearly £90 what a joke

Ordered two tracksuits from bad society delivery took a lot longer than stated and was then delivered on the wrong day after I stayed home previously waiting for my delivery, then they were left by Royal Mail at 9:15am on my doorstep I live in a house on a main road by the time I had got home from work the two parcels along with another from a different company had been stolen I reported it to the police who told me to contact the provider, bad society said that because the ip address was correct they would not be sending out a replacement or refund and closed my case and since then they have ignored every attempt of communication. Absolutely disgusting as this costs me over £200 do not order.

I haven’t received my item yet so I can’t comment on the condition of it but I can match the sentiments of many others leaving negative reviews regarding the shipping. The shipping information is misleading, even how it is worded on their website is a little confusing. I selected and paid for what I thought was 48 hour shipping, but have been waiting 5 days and there is no update on the tracking info so I’m not even sure of the parcels whereabouts. This doesn’t seem too extreme a time to have waited thus far and hopefully it will arrive early next week, although I am doubtful having seen the reviews. If the company just had more transparency and fulfilled their service offer, many customers would be less disappointed as they would be able to manage their expectations from this company. There’s nothing wrong with saying items may take 5-7 working days or more, just be honest! Bad Society would then receive less negative feedback and more return customers.

You won’t be disappointed!!! Shipping is great! Clothes are great quality and luxurious! Clothes will insinuate the curves for sure! Prices are affordable! Don’t hesitate purchasing from this amazing brand!

This company are scammers if I’m honest, I wish I read the reviews BEFORE purchasing. I ordered the grey jumpsuit which I loved however I wore for a couple of hours and stitching came out of place. I was about to order the black one, thank god I didn’t. I then contacted customer service and was told I didn’t order the correct size, I ordered too small. These people have never seen me in my life. I’m a size 12. I’m not the type to wear tight clothes that I can barely breathe. I normally go for a size bigger due the fact I like to be comfortable or baggy fit depending on clothing. I never size down! As a company you should always accommodate to your customers not blame them for your wrong doings of selling faulty items. They sell faulty items, It’s sad as they have nice designs but the quality is dead. I will not be ordering again and I’ve warned my friends and family not to order from here. No way

I have ordered from this brand twice and I have had the same issue both times. They advertise delivery times they can’t fulfil. Both times they advertised next day delivery and my order arrived a few days later than expected l.

The first time I raised this as an issue I was told id be partially refunded for the delivery. I never received that refund, it wasn’t a lot of money so I let it go.

Second time was last month, my order came late so I returned it as I longer needed it. My return was acknowledged and I was promised a refund within 10 days. That time period has passed and I still don’t have my refund.

Horrible company that’ll never see my business again
