I am a customer of this shop since 2011 and I was never disappointed.
The staff is very competent and helpful.
The assortment is very rich and of very good quality. It is either the best or one of the best shops in Switzerland with outdoor equipment.
Online shop never cheated me about availability of products (this is unfortunately a rare exception).

According to our system, an SMS with the information that the order is ready for collection was sent on 23 July (10:14).
A reminder was sent by email on 29 July (16:58).
We did not receive any error messages indicating that the message could not be delivered.
Could it be that they have ended up in spam?
Please let us know briefly in the shop whether we should continue to reserve the order for you.

Great store with broad offering of climbing products. Staff was very helpful and had great knowledge of every product.
Maybe I could have saved some money buying everything online, but their prices don't seem to be a lot higher than online and the advice/possibility to try on everything was worth it.
