I got the product after almost 30 days. I thought I sent my money into the abyss. 30 days?
That said the sweatshirt I bought is exactly what I hoped it would be. Nice quality, sturdy zippers, accurate sizing and comfortable fit. I haven't tested the waterproofing, but based on advertising and what I see of the product quality, I assume the waterproofing is also high test.
Speed up the shipping and you have success.

Hi there, we have bought your fleeces and rain jackets for the Winnipeg Police Dive team last year, I just purchased 4 more fleeces for us, although the overall experience was great, I can't figure out how to turn the fleece into the bag that you advertise?

I bought a lightweight jacket, but regreatably it wasn't what I wanted. So I requested a refund.
I was asked to send to back to Slovenia from the uk, as this was their only europeon wharehouse allgedly Nearly £19 to post back and not only has the returns team now totally ghosted me.
My return was rejected by customs and rerurned to sender.
So I'm now a little under £110 out of pocket and still without a usable jacket.

Great products. Hoodie and rain jacket exceeded my expectations. Both are very high quality items. Sizing charts were spot on. Fit and comfort are amazing. Order process and shipping was very fast. Wish I would have known about Baerskin years ago.

This may be a scam. Got three wrong items. Tried to send back but very complicated. Also, somehow a 5 star review was given from me and I did not write.

Well the website works good, I didn't have any issues there that I remember. I'm surprised it was like a month before they shipped it which is not a big deal. I received it yesterday, thank you! I'm sorry I don't have anything specific on the technical side. But I received it in good condition!

Jacket arrived today--nicely packaged. The Large size fits so much better than the Extra-Large Size I ordered originally. It was very easy to make the exchange (a return label was sent to me)--I sent back the Extra-Large
Jacket on 5/21. The new Large Jacket arrived today.

Placed order 4/15/2026 - received confirmation that order received but no further info received from company nor has any product been delivered. Cancelled order 5/11/2026 via email per company instructions but no response. Filed dispute with credit card company for refund as there has been no response from company. If you do a quick search online you'll see ALL the complaints but for some reason, TrustPilot shows mostly good reviews. These have got to be fake as this is the ONLY place showing positive reviews on them. Truly, do NOT do business with this company. They are a scam!!
