T shirt is great
T shirt is great, good quality and good print! Unfortunately the postage method that was used In Post was very poor .. hardly any communication and when they did.. it was incorrect!

Thank you for your review Giulia, We're really glad you like the shirt!
I'm sorry the communication from InPost was not accurate, we have fed this back to them to avoid any future customers feeling misled by their messaging, but we are glad the item was delivered successfully!

Old gits weekly breakfast
Weekly old gits breakfast this morning at the Baffle Haus, Bonvilston, Vale of Glamorgan
We had 2 x The Banger & 1 x BLT, nice food but in our opinion a £1 overpriced on both choices.
Nice ambiance & decor but music too loud as had to raise our voices to hear each other (and no not because we’re old gits) as strangely enough did all the other customers.
I wish the business all the best with this new venture as nowhere else to go in the close proximity.

Hi Glyn, thank you for your review, just to clarify this is a review of Bafflehaus.com, the retail and e-commerce arm of the business, but we appreciate the feedback and will pass it on to the team. Could you please let us know which venue you visited?
I'm sorry you've not had a great experience on this occasion, we will act on your feedback and review the volume of our sound system.
Regarding the pricing we do insist on sourcing from and supporting local suppliers and ensuring the highest quality of ingredients go into every item on the menu, whilst we could source ingredients for less we feel this is the right move for us as a responsible business that puts quality first.
We do hope to see you again and look forward to the opportunity to improve our reputation with your group. Please don't hesitate to reach out by email for us to better understand any points we're able to improve on.
