Brilliant experience
Brilliant experience using Bag 2 Charity.
So easy to book a slot and only had to wait a couple of days for the collection. Items collected mid morning without us having to be in.
Charity's to choose from where you want your donations to go to too.

Clearing out unloved items made easy
This service makes giving to charity so much easier. You no longer have to pack up your car and go from charity shop to charity shop to see who is accepting donations. You just bag your items up, arrange a collection date and on the morning they are to be collected you just leave them on your doorstep. It’s quick and easy to set up and such a time saver. You can even choose a charity that you want any money raised to go to. I will definitely use them again.

I had no bother booking a date for collection on line. They came when they said they would which is great because I had a lot of bags of clothes. Would definitely use them again.

Absolutely brilliant experience as first time customer with Bag2charity service. 💯
I'm housebound and autistic so have accessibility needs when it comes to using services and I'm totally reliant on finding top quality home collection or delivery services.
Bag2charity definitely gets my vote in being customer friendly and disability friendly in the simplicity and ease of booking a home collection 👍
Also the way that Bag2charity communicated with me during the process was just right. They kept me updated but didn't bombard me with emails which can cause sensory overload for people with autism.
On the day of collection they simply asked me to leave the bagged up items on my doorstep. This is a lifesaver for disabled or older people who can't lift bags to leave them at the end of their driveway or on the pavement, as many charity home collection services require.
I read about the charities they work with and support, and they are all such deserving causes 🙏
I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone reading this who has items to donate to charity to use Bag2charity as their first port of call.
You won't be disappointed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic service! Easy to navigate website, book collection easily, sms and email confirmations on booking and with expected collection and tracking and collected in timely swift manner and all to help a charity of choice! Ive had two collections in 2 weeks! Great way to recycle and for those things you buy and never wear etc or lose weight do they no longer fit. I don’t drive and have mobility issues so unable to carry all this to charity chops but this service is outstanding. I’ll be booking again as I get the autumn n winter things out to sort. Also for information you can either leave the bags for collection outside of your door or if you prefer you can ask them to knock and collect at the door which is wonderful to. Thank you! Fabulous service raising for very deserving charities.

I'm very happy with the very existence of the Bag2Charity Trust. The booking process was easy, the customer care was responsive, and service collection (15 bags of clothes and kitchen stuff) by Ian was very smooth, it was straightforward and on time. It’s excellent and easy to use I’d recommend it. …
It’s an excellent service so quick and easy but better still they take more bags than most charity collections have done when I’ve had bags left by other charities to use through my letter box. I’d highly recommend this and definitely I’ll be using it again soon as I’ve always such a lot of children’s clothes and toys to donate.
I’m glad I looked it up online as the idea of charity’s sending out bags then collecting them seemed to of stopped after Covid unfortunately.

Excellent service. Booking was simple online giving plenty of options. They arrived on the date booked and took the bags without any fuss. I was kept fully informed, including a gentle reminder to put the bags out. I will certainly use them again.
