I received excellent customer service over the phone from Sharon. She was able to add parts to my order to insure that the product that I ordered was going to be able to pick up my walnuts. I also appreciated the follow up email from Doreen with helpful videos.

Nice quick delivery! Look like a great product, and assembles easy. Haven’t got to use it yet but I’m sure it will work great!

Just received my 18” hickory nut bag a nut!! Looks great and excited to try it out. My only suggestion would be that the handle use detent pins versus bolts/screws. Using detent pins would be better/easier for storage. But so far that’s my only suggestion. Quality looks great!

This device is awesome! After 16 years of racking gum balls by hand, we are ready for next year. Easy to use, lightweight, and easy to put together.

Haven't had the opportunity to use it yet. Easy to track and arrived on schedule. Easy to assemble and move around due to its light weight. Seems like a quality unit. Height adjustments are super easy. Best thing is it's American made!

As a starting reference point, gum balls can be difficult to pick up, especially if grass is longer than their diameter and fall from the tree in large numbers over a significant portion of a year. This is fundamentally why I purchased the product. After trying, the functionality in picking up the gum balls in numbers under those conditions earn a five star rating. However, there are a few reasons I only rated it as four stars. Most significant among them the seemingly flimsy nature of the ejection mechanism parts. There is a lot of play and flex in the plastic pieces held together with keyed fittings instead of more durable fasteners. Simply picking up the gum balls changes alignment of these parts. The product does not come with an actual users’ guide that contains instructions, tips, and cautions. It merely has a QR code to watch a short assembly video. And finally, the shipping packaging was fairly thin cardboard closed with tape that was significantly damaged and open from shipping and handling. I like what the product does, but am not highly confident of its longevity. It’s value given cost depends on it.

Had to call in to get more information as the website doesn't really give you sizes of what the particular wheels can handle. They were very helpful and got back to us right away. Ordered the wheel and it has quickly shipped out. Can't really review until we get it and use it.

Product is very easy to use, and, quite frankly, does what it says it does. I have just received it, and it isn't the heavy season for acorns, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was still able to pick up a good number of acorns that had been sitting in the grass for quite some time (though, obviously, not the ones that were pushed down into the sod). My experience tells me that if you go harvest your acorns promptly, this product will work marvelously.

Doreen was very helpful when I called and she was very knowledgeable and professional. She went above and beyond what she had to do to correct the problem and I am very satisfied.

When I first ordered there was a code for free shipping, but it didn’t work so I just closed out the site. Then Bag-A-Nut emailed me a shipping code that would work! That made me happy. I ordered a Stab-A-Nut & it arrived in just a few days. They even emailed me a video on how to correctly put it together. And it works great! Of course I have no pecans right now, but I gathered up a lot of sweet gum balls & baby pine cones in no time at…It’s a sturdy, quality item & I’m really looking forward to using it this fall. 😎

Honestly one of the best purchases of the year. Does what I needed it to do. Saved me from cutting down four beautiful trees out of frustration. The order process was fantastic. Easy to figure out what I need. Easy and innovative way to track shipping progress. Seriously impressed with the use of modern technology. Arrived within 3 days. Super easy to assemble. Worked immediately. I love how easy it was to empty the basket. Awesome experience!

I kept wondering how in the world the shipping was so fast then I found out they were based in Jacksonville! Well anyways, this product is amazing. I got a quote for raking the sweet gum balls in my yard and it was about the same price as this. This product does best if the sweet gum balls are not old and pushed down into the ground. It will pick up dog poop but it does not stick or make a mess. I had bought cheaper devices like the ones you roll that are on a stick. They pick the balls up but also fling them back out. I tried using a blower but my blower wasn't strong enough to do much and it didn't help if the balls were stuck in the ground. This harvester gets through the process quick. I have about an acre and I will be working on the yard for about a week. We have never had the balls removed and we have a ton of these trees so the balls are everywhere. They hurt our feet and our dogs' paws and I'm looking forward to walking through our yard again. I'm very grateful that this device has been invented and it is worth the money to see my dogs run in the yard again without me feeling guilt.

Excellent customer service! We needed to replace our basket on our gumball retriever due to a fire, I emailed on Saturday, got a quick response and ordered on Monday. I received it today (Wednesday). My husband uses this almost daily in our yard because we have so many gumballs. 🤣 If you are on the fence about purchasing it, do it!

Not very happy. The long prongs keep coming up and sticking straight up. You have to keep pushing them back down and is a pain. If they would stay down it would be awesome.
