Still no delivery for my Dec 9th order

I've placed an order on 09.12.2024. As of today I have yet to receive it. Wrote an email last week, they said 1 of the 2 perfumes was out of stock and that the order will be shipped (last Friday).
Not only was the order not shipped but I can't reach them for an answer. No answers to my emails, phone goes to voicemail, no answer on Instagram. Christmas is next week, so no chance in getting my order until then...given it will come at all.
It's my 2nd time ordering from them (first time they sent the wrong perfume, which I returned at my own cost, and then received the right perfume).
Safe to say, it's the last time I'm ordering from here. Such a shame, because they have some interesting brands online.
