Scammers

I ordered a bag from Bagmart & they emailed to say it was out of stock. So I used the only email address I had for them to say to cancel my order.
So 2 days before I went abroad they sent me a bag! I emailed them & they told me I used the wrong address but they would arrange collection. I was going to be abroad so at my own expense I returned this to the only address I could find for Bagmart.
Last week, the parcel was returned to me & Bagmart say they won't accept returns after 14 days!

I don't want their bag & how is it my fault they don't make it clear want email address to use for them & why did they return the parcel when I returned it back?
