I love the bag smart products but I recently bought a carryon bag for my friend birthday gift. She then said to me Oh I want a bigger carryon. She said send me a label I will send it back but that is where the problem comes I have to pay the whole shipping experience the label, the shipping cost. That I do not like.
So I told her no more bag smart
Purchase arrived after 6 weeks
I have ordered an item on the 4th of january and despite the company promised 4-7 days for delivery i still do not have the bag. -the customer servicsimply told me that "there are high number blabla, but thanks to wait patiently".. . i appreciate that is not always depends on the company but they should be more realistic about what delivery time they promise to their customers. it feels a bit like they taking the Mickey. I guess the bag comes from China. which ahain, won1t be a big issue, just be trasparent and honest to your customers.
Don’t order from Bagsmart
I ordered two items from Bagsmart. When they arrived, they were both wrong. The first one was the right item, but wrong color. The second one was the right color but wrong item. I forwarded my order email to their service department stating I had received the wrong items, but never received a response. My suggestion is not to order from this company.
I was sent the wrong bag
I was sent the wrong bag. The bag sent was of lesser quality and price. I contacted customer service, and was connected with a woman named Alicia who asked me to send pictures of the incorrect item. I did that promptly, and now have heard nothing. I have no idea if they will send me the correct item or not. Customer service is nonexistent.
Update:
After this review they did send me the correct bag, BUT, they made me pay to send the incorrect bag back to them. After repeated attempts to get a refund for the shipping, nothing happened. I like the bag, but don’t have much good to say of the company.
Customer service lets this company down
Bag is good but would not recommend as customer service is terrible. Email provided doesn't work. I really want to return my bag but Bagsmart will not provide me with the return address or details of how to process the return.
Terrible return service
I would like to return the product and as another customer noted the portal takes you in circles and just submits your reply back to you. I'm hoping someone in bagsmart will see this. Do not order unless you are 100% sure you are keeping it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. it’s a scam, i ordered an almost $120.00 travel backpack and received a plastic laundry basket. The email is the only way to contact them and it’s just a bot.

The refund policy says I could cancel before shipping, so I emailed the customer service within 30 minutes. The customer service, Alicia emailed me back that my order was shipped but it was clear that my order hasn't been processed yet and I didn't receive tracking number.
Then, she offered me a few options; partial refund, free extra item, or 20%off next purchase.
I emailed back to Alicia, but my email came back. No answer after.
If you are sure to purchase with using a correct coupon code, it's ok. Dealing with customer service is nightmare because it will take a while to hear from them.
Don’t bother
Don’t bother purchasing their products. They can’t guarantee arrival of merchandise and they give you the runaround telling you to contact the delivery company who then tells you to contact the vendor. They’ll sell the product, but they can’t guarantee you’ll actually ever receive it.

I received a defective bag, still no resolution
I received a defective bag. For several days I have been going back and forth with the same customer service rep who doesn't write in complete sentences and is very unclear. They want me to PAY to ship back a defective bag. I had to send pictures several times. Every message gets repeated back to me in email, and the reply format is so messed up, that I have to DIG through emails to find the latest, incomplete reply. At this point, I don't care how nice the bags are. I'm going to return everything, not just the defective bag. Call it a learning experience.
Delivery Time too long
If you want your order within 3-7 days then maybe order elsewhere. It took my order nearly 3 weeks to arrive.
That said, the bag is actually very good quality and looks good. If you don’t mind the wait period then I’d definitely recommend.
