I purchased this on line as a surprise gift for my daughter. I sent in 2 pictures of her crested gecko and Annie our dog as she needed another carry on suitcase as she has grown out of her baby suitcase now. She’s 9. The pictures and case came out great. The case is great quality it seems so I couldn’t be happier with the product. Thank you Bags of Love

This is not my first order here. This time I ordered a new leather hobo bag complete with my kids pictures. These are awesome and they print so beautifully on leather. I also ordered a velvet tunic. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was this tunic comes with a black back with the print side only on the front. This cheapens the top rather than just carry the print thru the whole garment.

The products offered are Outstanding! The turn around time and the shipping time is Top Notch.

My product turned out incredibly beautiful! the customer service was great, and for a very reasonable price I created a custom gift that feels really upscale and personal. Will def be coming back.

Having been let down by another company with an inferior product (photo colours washed out, cheap-looking product), Bags of Love popped up in my Google search so I decided to try them. The website is really easy to use, and the bauble arrived within just a few days of ordering. It’s a stunning, quality bauble, and the colours are 100% representative of the photo I sent with my order. Thank you so much - this was a beautiful gift for a friend’s baby’s first Christmas and I’ll definitely use you again.

I ordered a printed book box and it is absolutely stunning, velvet inside and out. The picture that has printed on it looks amazing too. Very well made and high quality. I particularly liked that I could monitor the status of my order from every stage of the production process. I’ll definitely order from bags of love again, and will recommend to all my friends and family.

The shipping was fast but the quality was unacceptable. I ordered a canvas print. The canvas frame was put together badly and the wood used was heavy and too thick for a canvas print. The sides of the print bled to the side part and were printed crooked. The actual canvas was not pulled tight enough and the print quality was terrible. No protective coat and the colors were muted and bland. It looked like a cheap print on a concert tshirt without the vibrancy as the colors were washed out. The best part was the shipping email they sent me that started with “your item has been quality checked and shipped”. No way anyone quality checked that order.

I ordered a custom bikini and was really excited about the idea, but the final product didn’t match what was shown or expected. The bikini top has zero padding and no pocket to add inserts. While it’s not flimsy, it’s very revealing, more than I’d ever wear in public. A little coverage or at least an insert option would’ve made a big difference. One side of the top had my custom image reversed, even though I triple checked my design and it was not mirrored on the design page. The artwork included a cartoon of my husband’s face with a funny hat and wording, it ended up mirrored and made the design look off and unfinished. The bikini bottoms are not mid-coverage like shown on their model. I got a 10/12 (I'm normally a size 10), and while they fit around the waist fine, there’s just not enough fabric. They’re super skimpy and don’t offer realistic coverage unless you're okay with baring a lot more than expected. Shipping was another letdown: I was charged $10 for standard shipping plus an extra $4 “remote area surcharge,” even though I live in a well-served residential area. I don’t get deliveries every single day, but UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and USPS are on my street constantly. It’s not remote. They also stated “signature required” at checkout, but UPS just left the package on my doorstep with no notice and no signature. That feels like a broken promise, especially for a custom order. Lastly, and this part feels shady, there’s no option to leave a review on their site, even though this bikini has 30+ 5-star reviews. That tells me they’re only showing curated feedback and not letting real buyers weigh in. That’s not okay. Great concept, but the fit, fees, and lack of transparency were a big letdown. Wouldn’t order again.

My order received was not what I approved on the review image emailed to me . I emailed bagsoflove.com and asked it to be fixed and they refused. What got me was I ordered 2 items and only one was not right.

Really disappointed with this company. I ordered 2 of the exact same item, same shipping etc...one on Dec 14th (Order A), one on Dec 16th (Order B).
I received order B on December 19th. I contacted customer service as this made no sense Order A (the earlier one) had not been dispatched/delivered. Order A still shows order in production with a note they're busy so there are delayed.
Customer service were no help, I asked for a refund of the express shipping and confirmation when Order A would be dispatched by close of business, unsuprisingly no update as promised.

I highly recommend Bags of Love services. The graphic printed swimsuit they made for me was perfect, absolutely gorgeous,and exceeded my expectations..

My husband and I took a photo of the famous Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach on a recent trip to Oregon, and we loved it so much, decided we wanted to make it an oversized canvas print to hang in our bedroom.

I went to other sites to design the canvas, and none allowed us to custom design the size. Or if they did, the pricing was outrageous. And if the pricing of the canvas wasn't outrageous, the shipping price was!

Then we saw Bags of Love online and decided to give it a shot. We were a little skeptical due to the pricing of the whole thing, but figured, "hey, if it turns out to be a scam, we're only out $150... which is not terrible in the scheme of things."

We ordered it on Monday night. We soon discovered it was being delivered to our home in Georgia... from Heathrow Airport! We figured it might take quite awhile to receive it... nope! Tons of notifications from DHL... by Friday, it was hanging in our home.

So how is the quality? It looks amazing! We were concerned the quality of the photo might not look good when blown up into a 28 x 60 inch canvas, but it actually looks great! I'm not a photographer so from my untrained eye, I think it looks really good!

So there's my review... great product, great price, super fast shipping, beautiful canvas of a beautiful memory! I wouldn't hesitate to use Bags of Love for future projects.

This company is terrible, and the good reviews are undoubtedly fake. I ordered an acrylic photo block, which arrived off center and fuzzy. Customer service is useless, and bags of love in no way stands by their products. Complete WASTE OF MONEY!
