Amazing!!!
I ordered 2 Disney suitcases and a back pack - really worried that I would not get them in time for travel, I called the staff and they told me that delivery had started and I would receive tracking soon, I had the items 2 days later!!! Amazing service, fast and efficient, love it! Great quality suitcases too!!!! So happy.

Lockdown luggage
I had to travel during lockdown while only click and collect was operating. Called the store and they were very helpful in terms of letting me know what was in stock versus what would need to be shipped in from interstate. Fast, easy collection on the day.

Quality at bargin prices
The sale process was very quick and easy. The bag was generally the same model as described, though there were some minor differences. I contacted BagsToGo and they were very quick in their response. Apparently the items pictured may sometimes be different as the manufacturer will sometimes make small alterations to their products. The main product was as described and the price we a bargin so I am still happy with the purchase

I placed an order online at 12.30am and the product was dispatched within 12 hours and delivered by Aramex Couriers within five days from Canberra to Victoria which with the current delivery problems by Australia Post and others was a pleasant surprise, the product was on sale at the cheapest price available, I will definitely use Bags to Go again.
