My Permit Experience
I had to bring my dog with me to a trip to The Bahamas and BIA was able to get me my permit almost immediately. The service was impeccable, and I had no qualms with how the process went about. They were so nice. Id highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good permit service.

Visit with my service dog
I was very happy to visit the Bahamas with my service dog two years in a a row (2024 & 2025). I did however find it very expensive to purchase the permit and to pay for a veterinary visit 48 hours prior to our visit. I feel that as we were coming from Canada and the USA (both low rabies areas). I find that it is overkill and may determine if I visit again this year. Proof of a regular yearly vet visit along with up to date vaccines should be sufficient in my opinion.

Easy but Expensive
Very easy to get necessary permit to take my Service Dog on our cruise to the Bahamas... however, it is extremely expensive!
