I have had my Bai Mirror machine for a little over a year now and anytime I have had an issue their support team has been amazing at helping me solve the issue. I try to go through the videos first and often time those can help me figure things out. However, when I can’t find the answer in those videos Luke has been able to assist me and been very patient in helping me resolve my issue, which often times is user error. I would recommend the Bai Mirror to anyone as it is a great machine. However, what makes it truly stand out is the exceptional service their support team provides.

Buying BAI embroidery machine was the best decision I have made. Great price and great machine. The service is top notch they always help and respond. I am new to embroidery and still learning but when I need help I always have it. Just have to remember the time difference. The embroidery machine is very well made and is high quality and a good price. If you are on the fence about don't be.

Had a software issue in the middle of a job and after just one attempt to reach the engineer he helped me quickly obtain the software update file and just like that I’m back in business!

I picked up a Bai embroidery machine 2025, and I’ve been using it practically every single day since—because it’s that good. Their support team has been incredible from the very start, guiding me through setup, answering every question, and even jumping in to troubleshoot the tiniest issues. The machine itself is an absolute powerhouse, built to last with just a bit of regular care. I genuinely love this thing.

Bought a Bai Mirror with no prior embroidery experience. It was up and running in no time and I haven’t looked back since. I just recently added a second Bai to my shop as the first machine has been such a solid piece of equipment.
