Absolutely beautiful, Highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful collar, lead, harness and bag! So in love with it. I can not wait to take my puppy out with it, such a high quality brand.
Packaged so beautifully.
I would highly recommend Bailey and Coco to anyone with a dog, or getting a dog or puppy! You will not be disappointed. Fast postage. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I will be back in the near future to order a bigger sizes as my boxer puppy is 9 weeks, not the smallest lol 🤣 but definitely will order from you again when he’s a lot bigger!!

Goods not received

I have not received my order after two weeks of placing it. The customer service has been awful I'm just getting fobbed off. I have asked for a refund on several occasions but still nothing. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I’m really sorry to read this and I do understand how frustrating this situation has been for you. Your order was dispatched promptly, but unfortunately it appears to have become stuck in transit, which is of course not the experience we want for any of our customers.

We’ve been in contact with you throughout and, as with all courier investigations, we do have to follow Royal Mail’s process before a parcel can be officially classed as lost. Now that this timeframe has been reached, we’re resolving this for you immediately with either a full refund or a replacement.

I’m genuinely sorry for the inconvenience this delay has caused, and we’re in touch with you directly to get this closed off for you as quickly as possible.

Very good customer service

Baileys and Coco was very helpful, with problems with Royal Mail posting system in Tyneside.
Harness has finally arrived I must say the very nice quality, very pleased with the harness and colour is perfect.
Certainly will use Baileys and coca again .
