I’ve been fortunate enough to have known B&G for over a decade and if I’m ever looking for a new opportunity they are the first and only I reach out to. Not only are they all genuinely lovely, kind and super smart but they take the time to really understand you and what you want. There is no bombarding you with roles - every opportunity is always so well considered and your success and happiness does mean everything to them. Communication is key to working and I have to say Bain and Gray have it in spades. From my personal experience during temporary roles placed through them over the last few years, they keep in touch constantly to ensure your welfare and to check that everything is on track and going well. I worked with Bain & Gray for over a year after being referred to them by a friend.
I can wholeheartedly say they were a delight to work with and I was sad to leave them (which only happened because I transitioned from a temp into a full time role!)
Every single person I worked and dealt with was kind, professional and a clear communicator, and I cannot speak highly enough of how they operate.
They were extremely supportive of me throughout the roles I worked in, advocated for me where necessary and regularly checked in otherwise.
Given that I had a slightly less traditional CV, they were still able and willing to see the value in my experience and put me forward for a variety of roles.
The work came in waves, as is the nature of temping, but I was rarely wanting for opportunity, many of which could have turned into permanent roles if I had chosen to let them. I plan to recommend them whenever I get the chance.
