The 2 people I have contracted from BairesDev have both been quality employees and that's the most important thing I can ask for.

Having a backup QE in place while my main contractor is on maternity leave has been great for keeping our coverage in place and not slowing down our release process.

My experience has been one of excellent engagement with everyone at BD in general. I have been able to deal with certain situations collaboratively. This has helped me engage in a way that is fair to both parties, Omatic and BD.

A good case in point is Guilherme Agostinho at the company CKO. First, it was fantastic that he was there. Second, he was actively engaged with his team. Third, he was very open to me about his concerns that he felt perhaps he wasn't "doing enough to help the team." Fourth, that showed humility but it also allowed me to engage with him and indicate not only was he helping the team, he was, so far as I am concerned, an Omatic team member first, BD second.

Beyond this, Gui also indicated areas where he would like to improve himself and engage more with the team. Knowing this, I am now able to engage with him and broaden his scope here, which not only help us but also has benefit to Gui, and, not incidentally, in its own small way, strengthens the Omatic / BD relationship.

Design resources were great and easy to work with.

He was highly technically capable and had a strong sense of ownership over QA. He felt like just another member of the team and not an outside. Very supportive and knowledgeable team all around!!

Very good solution for augmenting a team for a specific project or initiative. Becomes quite expensive for ongoing maintenance and support of a live product, so keep that in mind. The engineers are of a good calibre, and the management team make a great effort to accommodate any issues, or replace resource swiftly if its not working out.

I expected the usual from a software outsourcing company, but these guys are on a whole different level. Highly recommend!

We have worked with BairesDev over several years on many different types of engagements. The team members they employ are top notch and have always done an exceptional job. The process from contract, on-boarding to off-boarding is seamless. Not only do they have excellent software developers, their support staff is one of the best. Should we have contracting needs again in the future, we will partner with BD!

It was a surprisingly good experience. I got approached via email and met with one of their sales reps. They contacted me at the perfect time when I was expanding my team and needed help with a couple of prompt engineers. They got two engineers working for us within 3 weeks, and they have been great.

I was contacted by Nick Douglas from BairesDev with an unsolicited email that claimed to have 'done quick research' on my company. This message made assumptions about our internal needs regarding engineering talent and tech automation. Not only was this email unsolicited and without prior consent, but it also made presumptions that do not reflect our company's situation or needs.

The fact that BairesDev used my contact information, presumably gleaned from sources like LinkedIn without explicit permission, is a breach of my expectations for privacy and data use. It also casts doubt on the research quality claimed by Mr. Douglas, given the inaccuracy of his assertions about our company's status and needs.

I advise BairesDev to re-evaluate their marketing and data collection practices to ensure they are compliant with privacy laws and more respectful of the professionals they contact. Assumptions about potential clients and unsolicited emails are not the basis for a trustworthy business relationship.

Amazing company. I had the luck to work with them in the education sector, and they worked fast and efficiently, leaving a well-structured code that's easy to maintain.
