Sami Ullah was very helpful. Took a while to get back to me at times and there was a misunderstanding about an extra hotel booking charge. However overall a smooth experience and responsiveness was good when faced any issues or had questions.

Our trip was arranged by Hafiz Yasir Hameed. From start to finish our flights, hotels, pick and drop services were all high standards, hotel were very clean and closed to haram as promised. Faisal was extremely helpful throughout the process. We had some issues at the start due to delays in getting our hotel booked which resulted in our requested hotel losing availability however Faisal worked very hard to go above and beyond with his customer service and booked us another, more expensive and higher rated hotel, at no extra cost. I really appreciated this from Faisal as he did this out of his own initiative without me even requesting it.

I praise Allah for allowing me to embark on umrah this year and can genuinely say I am happy I chose this travel agency.

I’d highly recommend using this company when going for Umrah. Hiba was extremely helpful and patient whenever i had any questions and would always provide me with updates on when the hotels, plane tickets and visas were confirmed. The actual service i was given was 5 stars but the reason i gave it 4 was because our tour guides for Mecca and Madinah couldn’t speak English so we had to search up the history behind each landmark, our hotel in Madinah would keep leaking from the floor and the staff couldn’t do anything about it. However, that isn’t an issue with Baitullah travel so I wasn’t upset with them.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star, gave the company enough notice to cancel our tickets and the airline and hotels were willing to refund us full amounts as our mother died, moiz kept prolonging this refund and would not provide booking reference the company uses to book these tickets, is now ignoring all our phone calls and still has not sent our money back, we are still grieving the loss of our mother and these people have no shame in doing the right thing

We booked the umrah package on short time and Sonia booked this for us and it was a pleasant journey all the way to Makkah than medina, we didn't have any issues whatsoever, transport was arranged from airport to hotel and then from makkah to medina and to airport.
Sonia was in touch all the way and been in contact until we got on the plane back home.
Definitely 5+ star rating for Sonia.
I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.
