Order placed 2 weeks ago and still waiting on delivery. Had to chase up myself today as no update forthcoming. At least was emailed upon placing order that there was a 3 week delay. Better customer service would be further auto updates from company. Ideally not having to wait 3 weeks would be better, as would a notice at time of payment that there would be such a long delay. I may have gone elsewhere instead.
Update: I called Friday 13th June for an update and spoke to Clare who advised they still hadn’t arrived at your depot. She was very pleasant and helpful but couldn’t confirm when I will receive the delivery but hopefully by end of next week. Ideally updates instigated by Baked Tiles would be preferable to having to make calls myself. I haven’t been contacted since the original order confirmation email.

Such a great experience dealing with this company. Their designs, the order and supply of samples to ensure my choice was correct, through to order/purchasing of the tiles for my project and the compliments I get about them in situ.
Their customer service is brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. The Baked Tile Co couldn’t come more highly recommended by me!

Superior selection

The office/design staff at Baked tiles were most helpful. They were always ready to give us assistance with our choice of tiles, grouting and trim. They suggested tiles which we could use to match our chosen floor tile and were quite happy for us to change our selection completely and start again, which we did quite a few times.
We used the on line visualiser often, although not all of the tiles shown in stock could be included, and we found it very helpful. Any Tile samples we asked for were swiftly delivered and additional samples willingly offered. The attitude of the design team was always positive and helped make a stressful time easier.
We visited the shop for our final decision to be confirmed and were made to feel very welcome.
A very pleasing shopping / DIY experience.

Great quality, good communication and delivery. Good value compared to a lot of the other competing tile companies we've looked at/ used.

The tiles are lovely, looking forward to seeing them up in my kitchen.. however the customer service arrangements need revisiting. I placed my order and everything on the invoice came through as it should, the day before shipment I receive a shopify notification to let me know that my order has been shipped, on the order confirmation there were 2 box of tiles that were as they should be but for the 3rd and 4th box of tiles they had put through 1 tile? I contacted customer service and was put through to a friendly advisor that told me they were facing stock issues for that tile, I asked how this solution would be resolved as I had a tiler that was ready to start work. She explained they had no stock but there was 500 spare that they had access to..they could ship within the next 3 days. Ok not convenient but I needed to arrange a solution to having less than 50% of the tiles I had originally ordered and a tiler waiting to start work. She explained I would be responsible for the further £25 shipping costs for this, when I challenged this they informed me they were a small business and couldn’t afford to waiver the shipping costs (caused by their mistake). Still a company turning over several millions a year. The issue isn’t with the customer service staff as she was lovely but more so the procedure when mistakes happen. In my opinion if the business makes a mistake, they need to put it right, regardless of they need to swallow the £25 additional delivery charge. Lesson learned, for the rest of my renovation, use a more established, reputable company with business management staff.

20% coupon was given, which didn’t really equate to much since I ordered through a 15% coupon anyway.

Ordered some end of line tiles and the Baked Tile Co was so helpful - they even counted the exact number of tiles out for me and gave very fast and expert advice to all enquiries and my tiles were delivered within 3 days of ordering. Very very happy - I couldn't wait to get a sample as I didn't want to miss the bargain but all worked out well - if you have time do get a sample tile (whole) - I was lucky. Definitely will go to Baked Tile Co again - thanks so much to Steph and Lesley and all the others who always replied super fast!!

Very friendly and helpful company with great communication.

I ordered, and received promptly samples of tiles for my kitchen. They looked as they did online and I have recently bought, (actually my boyfriend has) them and they're on there way. Happy customer
