I had an initial design consultation with a lovely lady called Jacky. She was very helpful and sent me lovely mood boards for my kitchen floor design. I ordered the Ramblas disc floor tiles and honestly they are absolutely gorgeous! Getting so many compliments. From initial design to order and delivery of the tiles, the service has been seamless. The tiles were perfect for want we wanted. And the free half tile fitted perfectly so that I didn’t have to cut a second tile.

The tiles (including some samples I ordered) were all great quality and reasonable prices.
Customer service was incredible throughout answering all my questions very quickly and going above and beyond to accommodate specific delivery requests.
Considering price, quality and customer service I’m not sure it could get better.

Lovely tiles. However, the tiles were delivered one day ahead of the scheduled date without prior warning. Fortunately a kind neighbour accepted the order and stored the pallet of tiles on their drive for us until we got back home. Not sure if it was down to the delivery company or Baked Tiles...

I have ordered both my kitchen and bathroom tiles from The Baked Tile Company over the last couple of months as I have been renovating my own house, and I am absolutely delighted with both experiences. The Baked Tile Company have provided beautiful products and offered brilliant customer service, happily price matching one of the tiles I wanted which was on discount with another retailer, and being highly responsive to any questions I had. Samples were provided efficiently, and they were all absolutely gorgeous, easily outshining the vast majority of samples I had ordered from other retailers. The full tile orders were also delivered with absolutely minimal breakage - I have only found 1 broken metro tile in several hundreds delivered. The only improvement I could possibly wish for would be that the company used a delivery subcontractor who could offer better tracking and/or clearly defined delivery slots; the unavailability of these options made it challenging for me to organise delivery, given that I'm not able to live at the address whilst renovations are still in progress. However, the actual quality of delivery was brilliant, with the subcontracted delivery driver being extremely helpful, so this is such a minor drawback against the wider quality of experience I had with both orders. I would recommend The Baked Tile Company to anyone looking around the market for tiles.
