The tiles were great quality
The tiles were great quality, the delivery service and customer care team were very helpful on design and delivery and prompt. The same tiles were also on other sites at a much higher price. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very happy with all aspects of the Baked Tile Co. Excellent customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. Smooth delivery and great communication. It was really helpful to be able to discuss ideas with the designer team. And the product…gorgeous tiles. The Tuscany Mural is a showstopper.

We ordered the Vintage tiles for or patio project. Really pleased with the quality and design. They look even better than the online pictures creating a Mediterranean look in our courtyard garden. Stunning tiles, fantastic quality and beautiful designs, I’ve had so many compliments about them and have recommended to family and friends. Their customer service has been excellent, I had an issue and it was rectified immediately. I won’t buy tiles from anywhere else in future.

I would never order again from here!
The slabs are very expensive which I didn’t mind but all the additional cost and headache you have to go through to return your unopened items is shocking! NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!

Thank you so much for your review — we’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed. When we spoke on the phone, you mentioned that you had ordered more tiles than you needed, but also shared how happy you were with them and how much everyone admires them, which we truly appreciated.
We did explain our returns policy at the time, which is also available on our website before placing an order. You were of course welcome to return the excess tiles, but as building materials are heavy and costly to ship, we do ask customers to cover the return shipping and arrange it themselves.
We completely understand this can be frustrating, and we’re genuinely sorry we couldn’t cover the cost in this case. If there’s anything else we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
