We have not had any issues with our cakes breaking when cut which leads us to believe that this cake may have been affected more than we had anticipated by the freezer mechanical breakdown. Regardless, we have refunded you in full and sincerely apologise. We are also despatching you a replacement cake at no charge to restore your faith in Bake Me Up. Please share with us your experience with this new cake!
In regards to delay in delivery, we despatched your cake within 8 hours of your order. All the reasonably priced couriers that service your area quote a 2-4 business day delivery window. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this and your order was delivered within 3 business days. We will send the replacement cake via Express Post so that you hopefully get it tomorrow - again at no charge to you.

Amazing cake and company
Firstly I would just like to thank the amazing staff at Bake me Up (especially Paul) for truly amazing customer service. I posted a review a couple of days ago for a cake which was salty. Without being asked or prompted Bake me Up have sent out a replacement cake they also quite generously refunded my original purchase. You don't get customer service like that anymore.
Now... onto the cake. Oh my goodness. Moist beautiful chocolatey goodness. It is so delicious. A really yummy cake. Thank you so much Bake me Up. I will be a returning customer.
