I don’t believe they have sent the item although they are blaming Royal Mail. Trying to contact someone is more than annoying no answer on phones, ignored emails

Great concept and the actual boxes are perfect for gifts. The customer service is so poor though. I guess they are a relatively small business, but have emailed multiple times, called, eventually managed to get a response after chasing on Instagram. One month the wrong product was sent - was told they would get back to me - never did. Money taken and no indication when the products are going to be sent. Such a shame as it could be an amazing business, but I can't keep chasing multiple times each month for answers. Plus it's a bit embarrassing to gift this and the wrong products sent or delayed.
I received a bread subscription for Christmas 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed. One box arrived damaged and after contact with customer service they quickly sent a replacement. On Christmas 2025 I received a Trend boxx subscription. First bake (of spiced chocolate orange cake was great). Had an issue activating subscription but customer service quickly resolved. Highly recommend.
I received a 3 months subscription as a gift. The activation was relatively easy and I received the first box quickly.
After this, the company proceeded to not send the other 2 boxes in my subscription until I emailed them to ask where my boxes were. Whenever I emailed, the company would quickly dispatch my items, but there was no acknowledgement or apology from the company.
The content of the boxes is generally good, but there is something significantly wrong with their subscription and customer service.
I wish I had read the reviews about poor communication and slow dispatch before placing my order.
Ordered 31.12.25 for estimated delivery 5 to 9.1.26.
8.1.26.still not dispatched. Payment taken 2.1.26. No explanation. Queried this yesterday with Baker.Boxx via Etsy link. Had auto reply asking me to raise the query via contact form on supplied link, which didn’t take me to a contact form! Replied to auto reply with my query. No response to that after 24 hours. No chance now that my carefully chosen gift will arrive in the estimated time frame. Very poor communication and service.
Edit. It seems a major reason for the poor service was a glitch between Etsy’s and the seller’s IT systems. Once baker.boxx realised what had happened, they really went the extra mile to put it right, cancelled the Etsy order, arranged a refund and sent out the baking kit direct themselves by Royal Mail.

Bought my daughter a 12 month subscription for Christmas last year. So far she has received 8/12 boxes, with some going missing despite never getting a tracking email to say they've even been posted. Every email is responded with they'll chase it up with IT and don't know why the boxes haven't been sent out.
Yesterday I emailed them again to chase up another missing box. They didn't reply to my email, but I received a tracking email yesterday evening and a box arrived today. However it's a box she's already had an the recipe card has best before December 2025🙃 They've just panicked and sent an old issue out which is just rubbish.
Since posting this review I've been emailed by the founder of the company who apologised and offered to renew her subscription for free. He explained that they are a very small company and are working on improving their communication and processes. As my daughter has really enjoyed the recieving the boxes and trying new and different recipes we are happy to do this and we look forward to a better experience this year.
Just renewed the 12 month subscription for bakers. Great value for money and love the surprise each month dropping through the letterbox.
Dislike = the navigation to commence the gift is really confusing with purchasing a gift ; like = the product so far
The baguettes were amazing and so easy to make I love doing this during winter months when we don’t have a lot on
You never know how a good a company is until you have an issue. BakerBoxx sorted my issue within 24hrs, great response. Been using them for over 3 years and will be using them for many more.

Ordered my first box via a partnership offer, it was great so I signed up for a subscription box. Had to cancel after the first month bc I'd overestimated my budget. Despite paying for the first month though, I have never received my order. It is still marked as processing, from May! I have called multiple times across at least 6 different days, left my number, order ect. Got a response on only one day, where I was assured it would be on the way. It has never arrived. Haven't picked up the phone 5/6 times. Unfortunately coming off as a scam at this point.

Bought a one off box on 08.05.2025. Emailed them 14.05.2025 as I heard nothing since purchasing. Two days later (16.05.2025) got a reply saying that they could either ship my box or give me a refund, I replied within minutes telling them to ship my box. Today is 20.05.2025 and the box wasn't shipped yet. Sent another email yesterday and got no reply. Will wait until the end of the week then do a chargeback with my bank.
Update: They shipped the box, it arrived the following day but it got damaged in transit.
Contacted them via email and they sent a replacement which arrived the following day in perfect condition.
Update 2: The buns are delicious! Will definitely order more.
Didn't receive a confirmation email when I placed my order but customer service responded swiftly and the box arrived in a timely manner from when my order was first place, everything arrives clearly labelled and with everything you need to get baking with clear instructions
Would definitely recommend and if you have any issues just send them an email and I'm sure they'll sort it out like they did with mine
Bought a 6 month subscription for my daughter. Great boxes and concept but unfortunately I had to chase several times for each box before it arrived. After being offered an opportunity to rectify the bad service received, the same issues continued. Sadly I won't renew what could be a great subscription and wouldn't recommend.
