We come a few days ago cost just under £9 for a flat white and a bubble tea waited about 20 mins then it went to the wrong table. Nice but I think your stuff just need a little more training with organisation no one really seemed to know what was going

I placed an order for a gender reveal cake for my party and I had the best customer service and got exactly what I was looking for. The cake was delicious and I was so happy with the end result! I will be recommending this place if anyone is looking for a well made cake!

Such a lovely place to visit- definitely worth a special trip. The staff were wonderful and friendly, the cookie pie to die for, delicious hot chocolate and all with a beautiful view of the Solent. You're missing a treat if you haven't been.

I visited with my little girl yesterday for a treat! The staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond for us! They made a small trip such a big thing for my little girl! She has not stopped talking about her trip to ‘the pink place’! We will definitely be coming back!

First visit here and definitely will not be our last!! I had the doughnut ice cream sandwich with salted caramel and white chocolate hazelnut sauce - was delicious and my friend had the passion fruit cheesecake which in her words was 'the best cheesecake she's ever eaten' I also bought a slice of the bueno cookie pie for my daughter which we warmed and had with ice cream absolutely scrummy!!!

Looks gorgeous HOWEVER staff seem to be lost/incompetent we ordered one sundae and two doughnuts filled with ice cream and chocolate sauce.

The food was abysmal!! Service EVEN WORSE! we had the sundae turn up 15 minutes before the doughnuts and then when 1 doughnut came they asked if we ordered 1 or 2. We said two and showed proof and then had to wait 5/10 minutes extra!!!!

On top of this the doughnuts were dry and tasted like paper. The sundae was awful the brownie bits were burnt! Made with some distasteful ice cream….

Furthermore service was appalling and the attitude of some of the staff…

Such amazing quality sweet treats! I bought 2 boxes of cupcakes and they were so lovely, decor wise and also taste wise! Highly recommend.

I have bought a couple of cakes from. Cakerelly's now and they have all been delicious and look beautiful! You can see the time and effort that goes into making the piping look so lovely amd they are always nice and moist and full of flavour. I will definitely be buying again and am looking forward to when the cake shop is open 🥰

I messaged Ellie very last minute on the evening before Valentine’s Day wondering if she would be able to do 3 of her Valentine’s cupcakes for the next day - Ellie said it was no problem and I sent her the money and we received the cakes the next day. I asked for a cake maker for my daughters 7th birthday. Who i found was an amazingly talented lady. I collected my daughters cake unaware of what a delight I was in for. My daughters eyes will be amazed at her barbie cake. I can't recommend this lady highly enough. Thank you for producing such an amazing cake.

Ordered Pokemon choc fudge and vanilla buttercream cupcakes for my teenage daughter’s birthday. They were beautifully presented and very delicious. Daughter was pleased as punch. Great communication and very friendly lady. Thank you again Ellie. 21st next year so I’ll be back!

The box arrived today with my order for our wedding day and I am honestly over the moon with them. They are that amazingly presented that you don’t even want to eat them. I got these for our bridal bags and smaller ones for the kids on the tables. Outstanding work and I would 110% recommend. Excellent customer service and delivery is right on time. I can’t thank this woman enough for her incredible work.

This cake along with 50 cupcakes very expensive. It is 30% cake 70% buttery butter cream very sickly. The reason for such a high price you may ask.... 18 real rose heads ok top. After contacting her she replied that she put a lot of effort and time into the cake so there will be no refund or compensation.
Personally I think this is disgusting.

Inflation can't be an excuse as the butter cream and the time spent to keep it from collapsing would amount to much more money than eggs, flower, sugar and Coco powder. No excuse. After removing all the butter cream the cake was literally a fraction of the size (all pictures of the cake will be attached).

I really hope you're not thinking about using this company for a big event because you will be devastated.

She also deleted everyone's bad feedback and started a new page. As she is a page on Facebook and not a business she can remove all bad feedback and block you.

My order of a try bake was absolutely stunning, I didn’t want to cut it! Tasted just as good as it looked. Really easy ordering process and great communication. Will definitely be ordering again! Thank you
