amazing Travel Experience with Padmavathi Travel, super supportive darshan tickets guidance and driver wellness. Perfectly arranged and it suited our Family. Main task is the darshan tickets, here Padmavathi Travels arranged for the Tirumala darshan tickets and with car , had our Darshan without any hassle .

Booked a trip to Tiruvannamalai. Driver details was supposed to be shared a day in advance by 6pm but no response till 7 pm. Followed up multiple times to get driver details.
The assigned driver was to pick me up at 5 am but on the day of travel another driver calls at 5.15 am saying he will pick me up around 6am but comes only at 6.20 am after multiple follow up calls.
At the time of booking I asked specifically if driver is aware of all the places to visit in Tiruvannamalai and I was confirmed Yes but the driver who was assigned did not have a clue about the spots and I struggled to enquire on my own to see the spots.
They publicize it is 24*7 support but most of the time no pickup of calls.
The assigned driver was not provided rest by continuously working for 3 days so he was struggling the whole trip with his sleep. They are playing with people's life. Due to almighty grace no casualty happened in the trip

They should rename their company as BADmavathi travels.

Poor service.... not worth at all..... personally not recommend to anyone.... they don't even listen.... and even driver was not ready to stop the car for tea and coffee.... and asking money for everything... fraud travel agency. Arrogant driver and owner.

Worst travels,booked travels with dharsan tickets to tirupati 2 months back with advance of 9k,reminded them 1 week before trip date but in the last minute they are telling tickets are not confirmed,suffered a lot with my old age parents.never recommend this to anyone in my life

The car hired by us from Padmavathi Travels yesterday to Tirupathi met with an accident on the outskirts of Chennai. The driver was very very rash and most probably hit the median. We are not sure because both me and my husband were fast asleep. The car stalled and stopped working. We were asked to take an Ola back home. Luckily we were not injured but we have not heard a word from this so called travel agency about the incident
The trip did not even start well. Driver came 1.5 hours late. All messages to the travel agency were left on read. Calls were unanswered. When the driver finally arrived, there was neither regret nor remorse for the delay. When we asked him why he didn’t bother to call us about the delay or pick up our phone, he said he was instructed not to talk to customers by the company
Never again am I going to ever engage with these money hungry, greedy, unprofessional louts. In my opinion, to Tirupathi TTDC is the best. A little inconvenient but at least you will return home safe

I have used the services from Padmavathi Travels to book VIP dharshana. I did not have much help in India as I live in the USA, I had plans to travel with my old parents. Staff that helped me with the processes was very kind and helpful, she replied in a timely manner to all my questions via WhatsApp. They provided the VIP dharshana ticket about a week before the scheduled time. I highly recommend their services, especially for VIP dharshana tickets for people that live in a foreign country.

Very genuine service provider from Chennai to Tirupati , loved their service and punctual , driver Ajay was so helpful and good . Overall i will recommend to everyone

Very very bad experience with travel agent coordinator and poor and very rude behavior 6384 433 111 customers service, I had booked thriupathi trip few months before and yesterday trip is completed with very very experience, but Mr. Krishnakumar Driver is very good ..on time and polite behavior..while starting in chennai back side left side wind shield not going up, I took my grand mother and child with me ..I called them immediately reported car issue , they promised they will fix it soon , due to cold weather hard to sit on back side , because of this issue my grand mother fall in sick ...bad cold and cough.. when reached thirupathi I called travel agent I won't pay balance amount until resolve this issue..it's considered non ac service ..I called them after reach thirupathi...agent ..she replied ..I ask my driver to drop in thirupathi and come back , like threatening..I said let us do it , i don't recommend this travel agent for my family, friends and colleagues....just imagine if your traveling with family in cold conditions with 300 KM with wind shield is down

Worst experience ever. Driver was very rude to us. He asked us to wait for long time and moving the car intentionally when we are trying to get in the car. They are cheating and demanding the customer to buy laddu at extra cost. While returning they are demanding extra money for night charges which is not mentioned any where in the service provided by your travels. This is really worst that your are demanding money even if we had paid higher amount that usual cost. Please dont hurt any customer like this going forward.

Worst Traveller service ,..the responsible person wont pick the call during emergency .. Behaviour Of the driver is very worst ..pls dont choose this traveller.I am not interested to give even 1 star

In name of Food they serve peanuts. They Charge so much but services are poor and no satisfaction level. They cheat in name of GOD. My humble request to boycott PADMAVATHI TRAVELS. They are Cheaters, Highly disappointed,
PADMAVATHI TRAVELS are BIG FRAUD and NO value of money. Please avoid such travellers.Do Not book them.

I had booked for 1 day tirupati package.driver raja was smoking.horrible driver.driving very Fast.dishonest driver.did not return charger left accidentally in the cabs.driver demanding tips to return charger.driver asking to pay remaining balance in his Google account.main office unresponsive.very poor service.lot of hidden charges .will not recommend to anyone.felt cheated.
