Andrea explained process of buying first house, mortgage application and costs incredibly well. This included explaining fixed/variable rates, percentage of deposit, the different credit checks, different insurance etc. Throughout the whole process I always felt well informed and Andrea always replied to my emails in a timely manner and was always super flexible when scheduling calls around my work schedule.
As a first time buyer, I had heard that the process can be stressful, but with the support of Andrea it certainly did not feel stressful at all as you are always so well informed of the different steps and financial implications.
Andrea was always incredibly professional, with fantastic expert advice.

In 2022, we set out to challenge ourselves to own the home of our dreams. We met a number of mortgage brokers along the way who unfortunately were unable to get us the amount of mortgage we required to own this home. Thankfully, we got recommended to Charlie by a friend. Charlie was above exceptional, she was very professional throughout the journey, set the right level of expectations, and in the end achieved the impossible by sourcing the right lender. After the mortgage approval and during the legal process for purchasing, she did not just walk away because she was done with her job, but rather kept checking in to know how the purchase was going. She even kept checking in after completion and when we had moved into our new home, just to know how we were settling in.

She is certainly an awesome broker, and I will strongly recommend her to anyone who really wants a broker that doesn't mess about.

Buying a house is a dreadful process. However, Andrea Worledge from Balanced Financial Services delivered outstanding quality service for our purchase from start to finish. She made herself available at all hours whether that be evenings or over weekends without us even having to ask. She was well informed and able to cut through the jargon where necessary to give excellent advice on both mortgages and insurance products. She was also more than willing to answer any stupid questions we had throughout the process on anything at all. It felt like you were dealing with someone who genuinely cared you made the right decision rather than just trying to flog you any old rubbish.
