Such an invigorating yoga class

Roseanna is a pleasure! Her Flow classes make me feel revitalised and her energy and kindness make even the toughest workouts enjoyable! Her extensive knowledge of ballet, fitness, yoga and nutrition make me feel like I’m in safe hands. 10/10!
