I absolutely Love the supplements. I started them several years ago and felt the difference within 2 weeks from starting them. I do think their website AND their customer service need some work. The website could be easier to use and actually work. I had to put a hold on the shipment, which I did through the website. Then got my regular shipment notification. When I called them, the customer service told me "You should have called. I don't see a hold placed so I can't help you". I told him that I won't be home to get the shipment and it was a waste of my money to just sit there and get wet or stolen". He repeated his 1st statement. If their website and customer service were better, I would have given them a 5 star.

It's the best apps I've ever came with so please anyone come this apps please I encouraged you to download it

I am a 67 year old body builder working out 4-5 days a week with I believe balance if nature is an important factor in my exercise routine. My morning regiment consists of a power shake and balance of nature. People say I look 45-50 not almost 70. I watch your commercials that consists of people in their senior years , well I am with 19-20” arms which entice a different demographic.

Please save your money-- It's a scam. I've been in the health and fitness professions for over 40 years. After leaving work as an APRN (Nurse Practioner) I had a fitness facility working with clients with chronic health conditions while wanting to live a better life. I've seen so many "Quick Fixes" come and go, and also, from a research-based standpoint so many studies on these kinds of supplements. SAVE YOUR MONEY. These might have some minimal amount of nutrients, but they lack so many more. The body works best regarding nutrient absorption if our vitamins/minerals and other nutrients come from whole food sources. That is real foods not condensed, dehydrated, processed sources like Balance of Nature. These supplements lack vital nutrients like fiber, water, polyphenols, etc., and other vital quantities of the nutrients claimed are in these capsules.

Finally, I would never buy anything from a company that tries to mislead people. The paid characters and celebrities in the commercial should be ashamed of themselves. One day I know they will have to face their Judge who will be Jesus Christ and answer for their misleading statements.

Balance of Natures customer support is deplorable. I have been put on a medication in which I can't have grapefruit. I called and they did cancel any further deliveries. However they were in the process of mailing my next months supply and I asked to return it. I was told after your first 30 days there are no refunds. So now I have what is left from last month and a new months supply which will arrive today. I can't use it.

Doesn’t deserve even a one. Came two weeks after being ordered then again two weeks later despite the fact that i didn’t sign up for monthly subscription as i wanted to try it. I tried it for two weeks but continually had heartburn . Called to cancel it after two weeks but so far customer service refuses go call me back a d directs me to a voicemail. The medical team was helpful and understood why i was cancelling. They assured me that customer service would fix problem but so far nothing. They have charged me for three bottles of each but refuse to contact me and keep emailing me that they will only return $59.00 for all that product that i didn’t order and am unable to tolerate. What a rip off! Disgusted

I took Balance of Nature supplements for just over a year and found no difference in my energy, health, or bloodwork from my annual physical. I stopped taking the fiber because it hurt my stomach. For me, the cost wasn’t worth it.

I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option. And the morons in the commercials - how much are they paid to lie lie lie?

Balance of Nature is truly amazing! I really appreciate how simple it is to take my fruits and veggies everyday, especially on days my diet isn’t great. I find that taking it with a warm drink helps them go down easily and dissolve quickly. I always double up on them through the cold season and it really helps me stay healthy! The Fiber and Spice has done wonders for my digestive system! I love to take it with apple juice, or V8 for a more savory option. (Don’t knock it til you try it!) My experience has been a consistent and positive result overall, but my 7-year-old son has a rare genetic disorder and since birth has dealt with a lot of digestion issues, struggled to gain weight, had a weak immune system and epilepsy. I decided to started giving him the Fruits and Veggies about 2 years ago by opening the capsules and mixing it in his formula everyday. The results have been far beyond what I expected! He rarely gets sick now, he’s gaining weight, has better bowel movements and has had considerably less seizures! Talk about a positive shift in his quality of life! You can’t tell me that’s a placebo effect. We are SO grateful to have found this product. We plan to take it forever!

First of all, the ads are getting crazier every day. Now a woman, Annie, says she wants her family to keep her subscription going even after she is DEAD. I did not know about the "preferred customer" nonsense. I thought it was a word used to make a person feel good. You know "preferred customer", or "awesome customer" or "most valued customer." NO, No, No. It means that I have to give them EXTRA MONEY and then and only then if I request a refund will I "maybe" get it. So they have you paying for something you haven't even received. Balance of Nature is a waste of money. Eat the real deal, go to the market and stop swallowing pill after pill after pill. This is such a scam.

I suspended my account to May 17, 2024. April 23, 2024 I received 2 orders of my subscription (and got charged for both). I've written to them twice through their website, since their phone number is only for sales, never received an answer. Do not be scammed by these people, their Customer Service does not exist.

I paused my subscription and was never told that there was a two-step process to pause my next order. So my next order was shipped without my knowledge, and they refuse to refund my purchase or accept my return. Customer service is very difficult to get a hold of.

Balance of Nature has a commercial on TV where the lady states "it Worked!" Notice she or they never say what it did or worked on! This company is not trust worthy.

how does a company like this survive on all this advertising? Never saw a company relying on probably 80% of their income on TV and radio all over the country 24/7. If the product was that good, it would sell itself, like all great products. This stuff is garbage. They probably lose so many customers, they have to spend to advertise. Not doable. My neighbor took this for 5 months and cancelled. She got covid, respiratory infections, colds flu etc. Not saying it's from this stuff, but my god, it did nothing for her.

THIS CRAP IS A RIPOFF WIFE TOOK IT AND DIDNT NOTICE ANY CHANGES AT ALL EXCEPT HER WALLET WAS SMALLER THE GOV NEEDS TO SHUT THESE SCAMMERS DOWN. THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF CHEATING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY DONT GIVE THESE CON ARTISTS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! REPORT THEM FOR FRAUD

This company accused me falsely of ordering in bulk through several accounts and it's simply not true. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.

I m not surprised to read that this company is under investigation for false claims .
After seeing the non stop TV ads for this product that claimed you d get your daily needed fruit and veggie intake by taking this product , I did place an order
When placing the order I was told that the company asks that I eat many servings of fruit and vegetables daily At that point in the conversation I should have ended the call. Isn’t that the promise of taking these pills, that you get your needed intake of fruits and veggies ?
Foolishly I did place the order. And I did take the pills for several months. And I did nt feel any energy and well being improvements. At least I’m thankful I did nt get any negative troubles from the product
Everytime I see the plentiful TV ads now , I feel an anger boil up inside me. Due to being scammed.
My heartfelt advice is. Don’t order this product. I hope the company is shut down soon
