10/10 Experience with Adil!

Before my Zoom session with Adil, I honestly didn’t have a clue where to start with fixing my beard. He was incredibly patient and thorough, coaching me step by step and making sure I understood each stage before moving on.

Adil explained everything so clearly and gave me the confidence to actually do it myself. What really stood out was how detailed and supportive he was the whole way through — nothing was rushed, and he genuinely cared about getting it right.

By the end, my beard looked better than I thought possible. I went from completely clueless to confident, all thanks to Adil’s guidance. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough — a solid 10/10!

Amazing smell

The delivery was very fast and managed to get it for Father’s Day! The perfume is amazing and my husband has become a regular customer! He prefers it over any other high end brands. I recommend 💯

Best barber

Only ever gotten trims from Adil, and never looked for another barber. Great service and quality work. Going to be hard to find another top-notch barber. I implore him to come back to cutting hair.

I bought this beard oil for my dad for Father’s Day last year and it’s been a repeat buy ever since! Couldn’t recommend more and would definitely purchase again to gift others.

My Brother Loved It

Got the beard oil from Balance Male Grooming for my brother—he’s really picky with products, but he genuinely loved it. He said it smells great, isn’t greasy, and made his beard feel much softer. Delivery was fast and the customer service was solid. Great gift and great quality!

Amazing products all round… my go to…

Amazing products all round… my go to oil is the balance MG oil, I have been using the oil since 2019 and make sure I use this in my beard all the time as well as my face! The balance number 5 is also a go to perfume!

Ok, but there is a lot of room for improvement.

Im rating this 3 stars over two points.

Service and Quality.

In terms of service. The quality of the products are ok. Its not amazing... the face spray is nice. Is it wow? Yes it really is. Its light and fresh and smells good. The packing of the bottle is nice and gives a quailty feel but I really can not afford 30 pounds plus P&P for something that I dont think is really worth that. Id like to see a more less premium price given the economy is just killing us all and luxury goods are just getting harder to enjoy.

The beard oil. Yes again really good quality but compared to other competitive brands I dont feel 30 quid a bottle is a good price. The pricing is too much looking back on it. I just feel its good as a one off but not good economic value if you want long term of regular orders. More of this later.

The close shave blade. Its nicely packaged but again I am unsure how to feel overall if its worth the 30 quid price tag. Its quite high and also disappointing to see i didnt get blades with it (it did state it came with them) I will however compromise as I did get EFP sample in place. However the communication is zero to explain this which leads me to service.

Service - its ok but needs work.
I sent a email about a EDP sample and also emailed later about no blades. Ive received no response to either queries I made, I have to say i didnt really enjoy that.

The packing and dispatch - packaging was really nice but i would suggest less fancy packing and focus offering a cheaper alternatives over a luxury packing that just goes into the bin. As a business suggestion I would suggest you better long term income, Is my personal opinion.

Dispatch took quite a while although local. I did not see anything to suggest dispatch time expectations. May have missed this but again I wasn't too impressed. Again im.afraid compared to other brands avaliable this was discounting.

Overall I do love the goods. I just dont enjoy the price and think if a bit more thought about consumer cost would make me think more long term in ordering as a regular monthly subscription. Id like to hope this review helps both consumers get a fair view and also the seller get a good perspective on consumers feedback in hope that going forward it provides a helpful insight into long term business ideas over regular customer income over short term views.

I appreciate that as a small business its hard. Its got to be. And I feel the marketing is kind of there. The Social Media platform game is just a bullseye. But the aforementioned really needs to be throughout going forwards.

I do wish you much success and I hope going forwards I may see a more a strategic business strategy to make me a regular.

It is not a good razor. I have been using similar razors for years but this Deluxe V2 is not worth it

Razor is too thick itself. Doesn’t cut the hair properly
